• Executar atividades de Gestão financeira como um todo, desde coleta de dados, lançamentos em sistemas, conciliações, fechamentos e elaboração de relatórios.

• Auxiliar nos processos de Recrutamento; • Triagem de Currículos; • Encaminhamento de Candidatos.

• Provide support for creation and development of graphic pieces, such as social media posts and advertising campaign materials; • Finalize artworks by processing and editing images; • Participate in the creative process by developing ideas and insights from briefings; • Design layouts and content for posts/publications; • Develop artwork for clients and special projects; • Layout graphic materials; • Manage clients' and agency's social media accounts; • Prepare social media performance reports; • Assist the agency's Marketing and Communications Directorate;

• Support the creation and development of graphic assets, such as social media posts and advertising campaign materials; • Finalize artwork through image retouching, editing and prepress/layout; • Participate in the creative process by developing ideas and insights based on briefings; • Produce layouts and content for posts; • Develop artwork for clients and special projects; • Layout and typesetting of graphic materials; • Manage clients' and the agency's social media accounts; • Prepare social media performance reports; • Provide assistance to the agency's Marketing and Communications Directorate;

• Assist in the preparation of technical reports; • Assist with technical site visits; • Assist with scheduling and registration of medical exams; • Support Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) routines and requests; • Assist in preparing OHS department documents.
