• Design assets for social media, marketing campaigns, ecosystem partnerships, event branding, presentations, and editorial content • Produce animated graphics, transitions, and explainer animations for social, web, and paid media • Create and edit short-form and long-form video content including product announcements, event recaps, community content, and brand films • Apply and evolve the BNB Chain visual identity across all touchpoints, maintaining high standards across formats and platforms • Work closely with marketing, product, BD, and community teams to translate briefs into compelling visual content • Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-moving environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality • Leverage AI tools (image generation, video synthesis, scriptwriting, asset iteration) to move faster and explore more creative directions without sacrificing quality

Job Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience across graphic design, motion design, and video editing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across all three disciplines
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator / Photoshop
  • Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day creative work — image generation (Midjourney, Firefly, Flux, etc.), video AI (Runway, Kling, Sora, etc.), or AI-assisted editing and ideation; able to talk concretely about how it fits into your process
  • Solid understanding of design systems and brand consistency
  • Ability to work independently and ship quickly with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable with short-form content for platforms like X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok
