• Own Strategic Partner Relationships • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for BNB Chain's top ecosystem partners — DeFi protocols, RWA platforms, wallets, and institutional integrations • Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner marketing and growth teams, aligning on shared objectives and joint KPIs • Deeply understand partner products and audiences to craft narratives that resonate across the BNB Chain ecosystem and beyond • Design and execute co-marketing programs across social, events, newsletters, AMAs, and thought leadership — proactively bringing campaign ideas to the table, not just responding to inbound requests • Translate technical integrations and product launches into clear, differentiated value propositions for developers, traders, builders, and mainstream users • Coordinate across internal teams (BD, content, social media, events, design, PR) and external partner stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on message • Produce partner case studies, co-authored op-eds, launch announcements, and educational materials that establish BNB Chain as the home of builders • Write and edit copy across formats — social threads, long-form posts, press releases, one-pagers — with precision and voice • Develop sales enablement and co-marketing assets that empower partners to represent BNB Chain credibly in their own channels • Define success metrics for every partner campaign and track performance rigorously • Surface data-driven insights on ecosystem activity to identify the most compelling partner stories and highest-impact opportunities • Report on partner marketing impact with clarity to internal stakeholders and leadership
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events strategies • Connect business priorities, objectives and key messages for events • Coordinate and manage pre-event promotion, on-the-day management and post-event follow-up activities, including email campaigns, surveys and other inbound and outbound correspondence • Work to schedule regular events and manage all associated activities including creation of landing pages, email invites and follow-ups, and manage registrations and reporting • Produce compelling content for various distribution channels, including webinars and event materials, presentations, conferences and meetups • Create user engagement by delivering exciting and innovative events to our community • Assist with the creative development of event initiatives, from branding, agenda design, content creation, and venue selection to event execution • Negotiate and run external partners/vendors for multiple events • Assist with tracking of budget costs throughout the course of event projects and communicate scope changes that affect budget
• Define and own the product roadmap for BNBChain ecosystem verticals • Conduct competitive research and benchmarking • Translate ecosystem-level strategy into actionable product requirements • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration • Use on-chain data to inform product decisions • Produce internal research reports for senior leadership
• Develop and own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for BNBChain ecosystem products across verticals: DeFi, payments, AI infrastructure, stablecoins, and RWA • Translate complex technical concepts (ERC-8004, MPP, x402, BNBChain MCP, Account Abstraction) into clear, compelling value propositions for different audiences — developers, institutions, retail users, and media • Maintain a consistent product narrative across all external touchpoints: website, docs, social, events, and partner communications • Conduct messaging audits and competitive positioning analysis to ensure BNBChain's story is differentiated and credible • Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches and ecosystem milestones — from pre-launch teaser campaigns to post-launch adoption drives • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, BD, engineering, and community teams to align launch timing, messaging, and distribution • Define and track GTM success metrics: developer signups, integration counts, media coverage, social reach, on-chain adoption • Own the launch calendar and ensure every major product moment has a corresponding marketing moment • Build and execute developer marketing programs that drive awareness and adoption of BNBChain developer tools: Agentic SDK, BNBChain MCP, Wallet SDK, x402, etc • Create and distribute technical content that resonates with builders: integration guides, comparison pieces, case studies, ecosystem spotlights • Partner with ecosystem projects on co-marketing campaigns that amplify BNBChain's ecosystem depth
• Engage and grow the developer community across multiple channels (forums, social media, events, webinars, etc.) • Organize and participate in developer events, hackathons, meetups, and workshops • Create and deliver technical content, including tutorials, blog posts, videos, and presentations tailored for developers • Provide technical support and guidance to developers building on BNB Chain • Collect developer feedback and collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to improve the BNB Chain developer experience • Advocate for BNB Chain’s technology and ecosystem in the blockchain developer community • Monitor trends and competitor activities in the blockchain space relevant to developers

• Identify, evaluate, and close partnerships with VCs, market makers, hedge funds, quant firms, and strategic partners to enhance liquidity and expand institutional adoption. • Lead Aster’s institutional growth strategy in Asia, bringing in meaningful volume through both new and existing relationships. • Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding to long-term relationship management and retention. • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align institutional BD efforts with product roadmap, campaign initiatives, and exchange performance goals. • Represent Aster at crypto conferences, investor roundtables, and institutional meetups to promote brand visibility and strengthen industry ties.
