• Act as a “thought leader” for our customers. Implement and oversee the quality of our deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance across customer engagements. • Drive innovation in the areas of solution delivery capabilities, enterprise delivery methodology and reusable assets. • Provide executive level Business Consulting and Pre-Sales support. • Work hand-in-hand with our Sales team on consulting and pre-sales activities. • Advise our customers of solution tradeoffs to assist in the cost / benefit analysis, taking into account business process, architecture and IT operating model. • Contribute to NeuraFlash at a leadership level, be an advocate of our brand, and help NeuraFlash grow and scale. • Acquire and maintain all applicable CLM Certifications for the technology you are working on. • Ability to learn software in the CLM or Salesforce space as necessary. • Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events. • Be a NeuraFlash evangelist in the CLM Community, and help us cultivate a company culture of success (company and personal) and fun.

• Own end-to-end technical presales and solution delivery for strategic and enterprise customers across the Middle East, from initial discovery through PoC, architecture design, and production readiness. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior customer stakeholders (CTO, Head of ML, Platform Engineering, AI Infrastructure teams). • Lead complex ML/AI infrastructure and MLOps architectures, including large-scale training and inference workloads on GPU-accelerated cloud platforms. • Design, validate, and document reference architectures, Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, and best-practice deployment patterns using Nebius AI. • Drive and execute advanced PoCs, workshops, architecture reviews, and executive-level presentations to demonstrate value and accelerate customer adoption. • Build trusted relationships with customers across government, enterprise, AI-native, and digital-native organizations throughout the Gulf region. • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to represent real-world customer requirements and influence product roadmap decisions. • Act as a single point of technical authority for key customer scenarios across internal teams (Product, Support, Marketing). • Support strategic marketing initiatives including conferences, hackathons, webinars, customer case studies, and technical thought leadership across the Middle East. • Mentor and provide technical leadership to other Solutions Architects, helping raise the overall technical bar of the organization.

• Partner with application owners and business stakeholders to understand how data flows between systems today and how those flows support operational and reporting needs. • Translate business and operational requirements into well-designed integrations that prioritize reliability, transparency, and maintainability. • Act as a technical advisor by connecting integration design decisions to downstream impacts on reporting, automation, and decision-making. • Design and implement integrations across a diverse application ecosystem, including: CRM, ERP, finance, HR, and marketing platforms. • Build and maintain data pipelines that move data accurately and consistently across systems. • Define and document integration standards and best practices, including: API usage and authentication patterns, error handling, logging, and monitoring expectations.
