Role Description The best B2B technology companies already know that founder- and executive-led content is one of the strongest pipeline channels there is. What holds them back is the doing: positioning is fuzzy, the right angle is hard to find, time is scarce, and staying consistent over months is harder still. Closing that gap – building the go-to-market foundation and turning a busy expert's knowledge into content that actually moves their business – is what you'll do. As a B2B Growth Marketer, you'll own part of the growth motion for a portfolio of clients: from go-to-market strategy and positioning, to a running LinkedIn engine, to the content itself. Think of it as several jobs in one: strategist, sharp copywriter, organized project manager, and trusted customer-success partner. You'll sit close to founders and executives, pull the expertise out of their heads, and turn it into positioning, systems, and content that sound unmistakably like them and earn them the right attention. And yes – you essentially get paid to learn from successful founders and executives every week. Tasks - Go-To-Market, Positioning & Messaging Setup - Open every engagement by building the foundation for a successful go-to-market motion. - Segment the client's market and define their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). - Develop a positioning & messaging strategy that makes the client easy to remember and easy to buy. - Create internal and external alignment on the strategy, delivered as a GTM activities & strategy alignment document, a market segmentation & ICP definition, and a positioning & messaging framework. - LinkedIn Go-To-Market Engine - Set up the strategy and infrastructure for a best-in-class, people-led LinkedIn motion. - Build a bespoke LinkedIn content strategy that ties the LinkedIn motion to business goals. - Stand up a structured content operations system covering content creation, approval, distribution, and repurposing. - Optimize LinkedIn profiles so they build trust and convert visitors. - Automate LinkedIn ICP network expansion as well as the capturing, enrichment, and connecting of profile engagers. - Set up and manage LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads to amplify the best-performing content directly to the client's ICP. - The Content Engine - Run bi-weekly content calls to draw out each client's expertise, stories, and point of view as raw input for ideas. - Turn those calls into clear content outlines, then write content that carries their ideas and attracts the people they want to reach. - Client Success & Project Ownership - Keep communication smooth and timelines on track across every account you run. - Build monthly performance reports so clients always know how their content – and their pipeline – is developing. Qualifications - Hands-on B2B marketing experience across positioning, messaging, and ICP definition. - Excellent writing and communication in both German and English. - Genuinely strong copywriting skills. - Comfort with LinkedIn as a go-to-market channel. - A highly organized way of working. - Natural curiosity and willingness to dig into any industry or topic. - Sharp research habits. - A detail-oriented mindset with high standards for quality. - Grounded confidence. Requirements - Experience in turning strategy into actionable items for revenue teams. - Strong copywriting ability to represent experts effectively. - Familiarity with LinkedIn content operations and automation tooling. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and moving pieces. Benefits - Building and co-shaping DACH's leading Pipeline, Sales & HubSpot agency. - Working with a manageable number of focused clients (4–6 simultaneously). - Positioning as a specialist expert in the B2B sales landscape. - 90% remote work and fast decision-making processes. - Performance-based compensation based on results. - Professional development budget of up to 5,000 CHF annually.

Title: Growth Lead Location: New York City or San Francisco Job Description: About Pallet Pallet is building AI Agents to transform logistics — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started. Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow logistics teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time, and integrate directly with customer systems. As logistics providers look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep industry expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company in logistics. Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of logistics tech. Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of logistics tech. You could be running Growth anywhere, why us? - Join a well-funded, high-growth startup on the path to IPO ($50M raised, 700% revenue growth in 2 years, targeting a $6T market) - Own the pipeline number for a company where every channel you build visibly moves the trajectory - Help transform a massive industry and scale us toward a $10B+ business About the opportunity We're hiring a strategic Growth Lead to own our pipeline goals across all of our channels — with a particular focus on paid media, out-of-home, field marketing, and email marketing. You'll partner closely with marketing, sales, product, and engineering to turn open-ended demand problems into a repeatable, compounding pipeline engine. This is a high-ownership, full-stack seat where what you ship this quarter shows up directly in the pipeline we generate. Why this role is different - You own the number. This isn't one narrow channel — you're accountable for pipeline across every channel we run, with the autonomy to figure out the open-ended problems - A full-channel canvas: paid media, out-of-home, field/events, and email/lifecycle, plus website conversion, SEO, affiliates, and entirely new acquisition models - You build the growth engine itself (tracking, attribution, experiment systems, scalable channels) — infrastructure that outlasts you. For technical candidates, that means building your own tooling instead of waiting in an engineering queue - Surround yourself with top-tier talent and fast-track your career toward leading a growth team How you will make an impact - Own pipeline: take ownership of Pallet's pipeline targets and build the end-to-end tracking and attribution to prove your impact — not vanity metrics, but pipeline you can trace - Run paid media: plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across search, social, and programmatic; own the budget and any agency relationships, and drive toward efficient CAC and pipeline contribution - Own out-of-home: design and measure OOH (billboards, transit, event-adjacent placements) with a clear line back to pipeline, not just impressions - Lead field marketing: own field and event strategy — industry conferences, dinners, roadshows — that both generates net-new pipeline and accelerates existing deals with sales - Build email/lifecycle: design nurture and lifecycle programs that convert new demand and re-engage the existing base - Run growth experiments: design, execute, and analyze a high volume of experiments from hypothesis to conclusion — with resilience, rigor, and speed - Scale what works: once an experiment validates a channel, operationalize it into a repeatable, automated, durable engine that produces predictable pipeline — not a one-off hack that spikes and decays - Lead cross-functional projects: partner with marketing, sales, product, and operations to lead the projects most critical to Pallet's growth - Solve abstract problems: tackle open-ended distribution challenges, from expanding our total addressable market to exploring entirely new acquisition models Preferred experience - 5+ years in a growth, demand generation, or performance marketing function, with a track record of owning outcomes (pipeline/revenue, not just work streams) - Hands-on experience running paid media across search, social, and/or programmatic, with real budget ownership - Experience with field/event marketing and/or out-of-home campaigns, and the discipline to measure them against pipeline - Email and lifecycle marketing chops — building programs that actually convert, not just send - Comfort with GTM and marketing execution tooling — HubSpot, Clay, Unify, and marketing analytics/attribution, or similar - A bias for action and genuine urgency — you ship scrappy versions to learn fast and treat speed as a default, not a heroic exception - Highly creative and outcome-driven, and unafraid of failure — you treat ninety-nine failed experiments as the price of the hundredth - Bonus: programming/technical ability to build your own tooling - Comfortable operating at high intensity (50–60 hour weeks) in a fast-moving, in-office environment Interview Process - Chat with Grace Turner — Head of Talent — 30 mins - Chat with Hiring Manager — 30–45 mins - Proficiency Assessment - Final Interview — 3–4 hours - Brief Background Check and Reference Check We move fast, and we'll keep you informed at every stage of the process. Compensation The estimated salary range for this role is $135,000–$225,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location. Location This role is an in-office role in our San Francisco office (5 mins walk from Montgomery BART Station) OR New York City (in Soho, moving to Flatiron). You can choose which office you'd like to work in. Our Benefits We invest in our people the same way we invest in our product: seriously. - Health, Vision, and Dental benefits - Flexible PTO - Life Insurance and Accidental Insurance - Short-Term Disability Coverage - Generous salary and equity for all staff - 401k option; helping you save for the future - Paid parental leave to support growing families - Yearly learning and development stipend - Commuter benefits for Bay Area employees - Uber ride stipend if you ever have to work late in the office - Remote office home stipend to get you comfy in your space - Daily catered lunches provided - Onboarding trip to San Francisco HQ if you work remotely - Monthly happy hours - Annual Company Offsites; our last one was in Palm Springs CA Workplace Policy We are an in-person company.
