Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management or HR roles, with a demonstrated ability to lead and innovate.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, preboarding, onboarding, performance management and separation processes.
  • Proficient in HRIS/HRMS tools like Workday or any other related tools with expertise in automating and optimizing HR processes.
  • Strong understanding of HR strategies, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Skilled in talent management, career pathing, and succession planning to drive employee growth and retention.
  • Adept in HR analytics, payroll management, statutory compliance, and background verification.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management, project execution, and resolving employee grievances effectively.
