Role Description The People Experience Advisory (PXA) team supports around 2,300 employees across 22 countries and 28 legal entities — managing payroll, HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle for a genuinely global workforce. We are hiring a HR Ops & Payroll Advisor (12-month contract). You'll manage payroll inputs and outputs with our external vendors, handle statutory compliance, and own the HR operations side of the employee lifecycle for your regions.
