Role Description We're searching for an In-house Technician Dispatcher who can coordinate people, processes, and priorities with precision. You'll manage technician schedules, oversee work orders, and make sure residents get timely, professional service. You'll keep the day organized, the team informed, and the workflow running without a hitch. Key Responsibilities - Direct technician workflow throughout the day, ensuring productivity, quality, and accountability. - Schedule and coordinate technicians for all active work orders based on priority and skill set. - Track progress and update systems like AppFolio and Podio in real time. - Communicate clearly with residents to set expectations and confirm appointments. - Review completed jobs, timecards, and materials for accuracy before closing. - Monitor KPIs and collaborate with the team to improve speed and efficiency. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or maintenance coordination. - Proven ability to manage multiple technicians simultaneously while keeping operations smooth. - Deep understanding of maintenance timelines, repair processes, and resource planning. - Excellent English communication and organization skills. - Reliable internet (50-100 Mbps), dual monitors, and working camera/mic setup. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with systems like AppFolio or ServiceTitan. - Property management or facilities maintenance background. - Strong customer service experience.
