Carwash Maintenance Technician
Circle K
• Perform regular preventative and unscheduled/emergency maintenance on a variety of equipment associated with the production area • Keep equipment parts inventory list and order replacement parts as necessary • Detect and notify the Production Supervisor or Production Manager of questionable conditions and/or equipment that is not working properly • Work with outside vendors as necessary • Perform maintenance of building and grounds as directed • Perform other duties as assigned by management • Perform all duties in compliance with USDA or FDA, OSHA and state and local regulations and company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and the use of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- A two-year degree or completion of a program in mechanical or industrial maintenance a plus
- 5 + years’ manufacturing experience with strong skills in equipment repair and maintenance
- Must possess knowledge of machine repair, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting and janitorial skills
- Familiar with and use hand tools and power tools necessary to perform those skills
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls (PLC)
- Ability to comprehend verbal instructions and read and interpret machine specs, instruction manuals and product labels
- Available to work Monday through Friday and occasionally Saturday or Sunday as directed by management

Role Description We keep people moving when their plans are disrupted. This role is for experienced vehicle technicians who like variety, autonomy and being the person who makes the call at the roadside. You’ll start and finish from home, run your day from a fully equipped van, and use your diagnostic skills and judgement to get customers safely back on the road or arrange recovery when that’s the right choice. If you prefer field-based work, clear outcomes, and direct customer contact over a workshop environment, you’ll fit here. We’re hiring in Edinburgh.
