Tu misión será gestionar y desarrollar la actividad comercial de Grupo Palacios en Canarias, Andalucía y Extremadura, asegurando la relación con los clientes actuales, identificando nuevas oportunidades y contribuyendo al crecimiento del negocio en los canales Retail y Food Service. - Gestión de cartera de clientes: Mantener y desarrollar relaciones comerciales con clientes de retail y food service en las zonas asignadas. - Desarrollo del canal Food Service: Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con distribuidores, operadores y clientes profesionales de hostelería, impulsando el crecimiento de esta línea estratégica. - Gestión de grandes cuentas regionales: Negociación, seguimiento y desarrollo de acuerdos comerciales con clientes clave. - Visita y acompañamiento a clientes: Realizar visitas comerciales, entender necesidades, detectar oportunidades y aportar soluciones adaptadas. - Coordinación interna: Trabajar junto con los equipos de producto, grandes cuentas y dirección comercial para definir estrategias, propuestas comerciales y acciones de crecimiento. - Seguimiento de objetivos comerciales: Analizar evolución de ventas, detectar desviaciones y proponer acciones para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos. - Gestión territorial: Organización autónoma de agenda, planificación de visitas y seguimiento de clientes en Canarias, Andalucía y Extremadura. Qualifications - Profesional senior del área comercial. - Sólida trayectoria en el sector alimentación. - Experiencia demostrable en la gestión y desarrollo de clientes dentro de canales como Retail y/o Food Service. - Experiencia en la gestión de grandes cuentas, distribuidores y clientes estratégicos. - Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de negocio y negociar acuerdos comerciales. - Habilidad para desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo con clientes. - Visión de negocio y orientación a resultados. - Capacidad para entender las necesidades del cliente y trasladarlas en propuestas de valor adaptadas.
