Role Description This is a client-facing role focused on solution implementation and delivery. It combines technical work with collaboration, supporting customers in deploying and integrating media asset management solutions. What You’ll Do - Contribute to the implementation of VidiNet Media Asset Management solutions in customer environments - Work with customers to understand requirements and support solution design - Configure and support media workflows (e.g., ingest, processing, metadata, distribution) - Assist with system integrations, including third-party media and broadcast systems - Support REST API-based integrations with external systems - Participate in system configuration, testing, and go-live activities - Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to support delivery outcomes - Deliver or support customer workshops, documentation, and knowledge transfer - Contribute to improving delivery practices and implementation processes Qualifications - Experience in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, System Integration, or similar roles - Experience contributing to technical delivery projects in IT, software, or media environments - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience Requirements - Hands-on experience designing or configuring BPMN workflows is a plus (e.g. Camunda or similar workflow engines) - Familiarity with media or broadcast workflows is helpful - Understanding of APIs, system integrations, or web services - Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL or data-driven systems - Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#) - Exposure to Linux or containerized environments (e.g., Docker) is beneficial - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is helpful Benefits - Clear communication and willingness to work with customers and teams - Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and structured way - Collaborative and team-oriented approach - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail - Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment - Interest in learning and developing new skills - Fluency in English (written and spoken)
