Job Description

Contract Administrator I

• Process contracts according to client policies. • Assist in preparation of service termination processing via amendments. • Maintain an internal database with pertinent information, including legal documents. • Assist in preparation and revision of contracts that involve the purchase of sale of goods and services. • Handle the acquisition, distribution, and store of equipment and supplies. • Dispose of unclaimed property. • Assist in proposal planning and administration of contracts. • Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets. • Track authorizations and correspondence, maintaining detailed and organized files. • Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables. • Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules. • Perform closing activities as needed. • Track payments and deadlines. • Analyze and mitigate risk. • Other duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-year college or university and 0 to 2 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Role Description The Small Business Administration (SBA) Loan Administrator performs loan administration work including collection and review of documents and processing third party reports to ensure adherence to the SBA loan program and credit policy.
