Job Description
Senior Product Manager - Senior Automation & Process Lead
Believe
Role Description We're looking for someone to own a portfolio of automation and AI projects end-to-end: understand the business problem, design the solution, and deliver it, either by building it yourself or by leading a builder through it. You'll join the Agentic & Automation Factory, Believe's internal team building automation and AI solutions across Believe and TuneCore. You'll report directly to the Director of the Agentic & Automation Factory. You'll manage a portfolio of business projects across AI, agentic, and automation, and be accountable for the impact of what you ship. - Adept at leading strategic initiatives and steering the builders and stakeholders creating the tools—providing direction, reviewing work, and unblocking them through collaborative project leadership rather than direct hierarchical management. What you'll actually do - Understand the problem: - You'll usually have more than one project going at once, some small, some bigger, across both Believe and TuneCore. - Go on the ground with business teams (Finance, Ops, Content, Artist Support...) to see how work really happens, not how it's assumed to happen. - Identify what's genuinely worth automating, and what isn't. - Build a prioritized backlog with executives; you should be able to defend why we're doing this and not something else. - Frame the solution: - Turn a vague problem into a clear solution: how it works technically, but also how business rules and exceptions get handled over time. - Decide on the right level of complexity: don't over-engineer something simple, don't hack together something that needs to last. - Bring in AI and agentic approaches when they solve a real problem. - Deliver: - Build it yourself (mainly in n8n) or lead a builder to deliver it. - Be able to say what your work actually delivered (time saved, cost avoided) and present it to stakeholders. Qualifications - 6-7 years of experience, ideally in strategy/transformation consulting, or a senior PM background with a strong process mindset. - You can run a discovery conversation with a VP and debug a workflow in the same day. - You understand automation and AI-agent concepts; you're comfortable with a low-code tool (n8n ideally) or you pick tools up fast—the tool matters less than the reasoning behind it. - Given a messy problem, you can quickly turn it into a clear, prioritized plan. - You excel at driving initiatives forward and managing stakeholder dynamics, ensuring successful delivery through influence and collaboration rather than formal authority. Benefits - Tailor-made training and coaching program. - Remote working policy. - A wellness program "Pauses" with many activities and animations in-house. - Access to Eutelmed, a digital mental health and well-being platform that allows you to speak with an experienced psychologist. - A healthy and eco-responsible company restaurant. - Individual or family health insurance. - CSE benefits. - A rooftop. - A gym with free classes. - Ambassador program: an employee volunteering initiative dedicated to all Believers interested in having a positive impact on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), wellbeing and the planet. - Implementation of the sustainable mobility package “Forfait mobilité durable” => Reimbursement of up to 600€ for public transport/low carbon footprint. - 5 calendar days 2nd parent leave with 100% pay (in addition to the legal paternity or adoption leave).
