Senior Condition-based Maintenance Engineer

• Provide Advanced Vibration Analysis remotely by working with our internal diagnostic software • Timely reporting of vibration analysis findings and recommendations to customer's • Provide troubleshooting support • Solve equipment problems by evaluating vibration spectrum and time waveform. • Seek the best technical solution by interfacing with other technical resources • Provide support in maintaining the vibration databases • Work with plant personnel to support their development of equipment maintenance strategies related to vibration analysis monitoring • Assist with failure analysis of rotating equipment to determine root causes of failure and help determine solutions to prevent recurrence • Provide oversight and mentoring to less experienced Vibration Technicians

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma / Degree equivalent
  • 4 or more years vibration discipline experience in solving machine problems using vibration analysis
  • ISO Category II / III Certification from an Accredited Certification Provider (Vibration Institute, Mobius, Technical Associates, etc.)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working around rotating equipment
  • Able to work overtime as needed, including weekends / holidays
  • Ability to travel as required
