Role Description We're looking for a Workday HCM Functional Consultant with the following responsibilities: - Configure, maintain, enhance, and support Workday HCM functional modules to meet evolving business requirements. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into efficient Workday functional solutions. - Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes, organizations, job profiles, supervisory organizations, security, and related HCM components. - Support Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configurations, annual compensation cycles, and related business processes. - Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. - Manage Workday configuration changes, perform impact assessments, and support Workday bi-annual release activities. - Coordinate and support system testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday functional issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions. - Collaborate with integration teams to support end-to-end business processes and ensure seamless data flow across enterprise applications. - Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize Workday functionality and improve user experience. - Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, test scripts, user guides, and knowledge articles. - Ensure Workday solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards and governance. - Mentor junior consultants by providing functional guidance, knowledge sharing, and best practice recommendations. - Stay current with Workday releases, emerging features, and industry best practices to continuously improve the Workday HCM landscape. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Requirements - Total Experience: 10+ years - Strong experience in Workday HCM Functional Consulting, including configuration, maintenance, and production support. - Hands-on expertise in configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Organizations, Job Profiles, Business Processes, Security, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation (preferred). - Strong experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday functional solutions. - Experience in configuring Workday Business Processes, security roles, organizations, supervisory structures, and related HCM configurations. - Good understanding of Workday reporting, calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and analytics. - Experience supporting Workday production environments, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution. - Knowledge of Workday release management, feature adoption, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Strong understanding of Workday security concepts, domain security policies, and role-based security. - Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, HR teams, implementation partners, and internal IT teams. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. - Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding junior consultants. - Workday HCM Functional Certification is preferred. - Willingness to work in US/UK overlapping hours (preferred shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST). The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Senior Engineer will independently lead the development and enhancement of IAM products like SailPoint, Saviynt, and Okta, and influences stakeholders on future improvements. Role Description You will take ownership of the search infrastructure for Ask Seeking Alpha — a financial intelligence platform powered by LLMs. Your main goal is to ensure our AI agents can find the exact financial data they need (articles, transcripts, news) in milliseconds. You will work on the Retrieval layer of our RAG architecture, combining traditional text search with modern vector search techniques. Tech Stack: - Elasticsearch (v8+) - Python (FastAPI, Asyncio) - OpenAI Embeddings - LangChain - LangSmith The Senior Search Engineer will be engaged with the company as a contractor (Private Entrepreneur). What You'll Do - Search Engine Development: Design and implement Hybrid Search strategies. You will figure out how to best combine "keyword matching" (finding specific tickers like 'AAPL') with "semantic search" (finding concepts like 'revenue growth'). - Relevance Tuning: You are responsible for the quality of search results. You will build systems to measure and improve how well the search engine answers user queries (using tools like LangSmith). - Vector Search & RAG: Manage the integration of OpenAI embeddings into Elasticsearch.
