Senior HR Operations and Service Consultant

Allstate

• Analyze service delivery metrics, case trends, employee experience data, and operational performance indicators • Develop reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights to HR Operations leadership and COE partners • Identify service trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities through data analysis • Support governance activities through reporting, documentation, and performance reviews • Partner with Lead Consultants to assess service effectiveness and recommend process enhancements • Maintain and optimize HR knowledge content, ensuring policy and procedural information remains accurate and accessible • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training across service delivery teams and partners • Support implementation of process improvements and operational initiatives • Contribute to service documentation, audit readiness, and compliance activities • Build strong partnerships across HR Operations, COEs, and external service providers

Job Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Service Delivery, HR Programs, Analytics, or related disciplines
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience supporting service delivery models, operational processes, and stakeholder partnerships
  • Demonstrated process improvement and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
