Position Description: The Dedicated Well-being Program Coordinator (PC) will work collaboratively with the designated client’s health promotion team to raise awareness of the onsite program and the WebMD products and services that support it. This full-time position is remote, and located in the Seattle, Washington area with travel to worksites weekly to raise awareness, host events and implement programs. This role requires weekly travel up to 4 days per week to regional worksites. All travel is conducted during standard work hours. No overnight stays or weekend travel is required. The PC is responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and reference-ability. They will act as a customer advocate, as well as a point of contact with senior client stakeholders to increase participant engagement and maximize value delivered through the WebMD relationship. They will engage in program coordination and promotion duties and can provide support for program planning, strategy, and impact assessment. The PC will proactively identify opportunities for service delivery enhancement and improvement. As opportunities are identified, the PC will work with other Client Services team members to improve processes and develop new solutions. The successful candidate will have a background in a health-related field (Examples: health promotion, exercise physiology, and/or nutrition). In this role you will: - Increase awareness and engagement in client-wide well-being offerings. - Provide referrals to appropriate resources for participants. - Assist with building a culture of health through offering programs at worksites. - Assist with the day-to-day delivery of the well-being program with direction from the client and WebMD account team. - Establish relationships and buy-in from key stakeholders. - Manage and support the Well-being Champion Network, including assisting with events, initiatives, reporting and promotions. - Provide ongoing project management for onsite programs and promotional events. - Track and report on all participant-facing activities (Examples: tabling events, champion support). - Work closely with internal and client teams to provide ongoing program performance review and support. - Create meaningful and engaging content for promotional support of the client’s well-being program. - Coordination of meetings and other communications (internal and external). - Develop and maintain schedules necessary to support the successful execution of client health education programs. - Assist the client and internal account team with other tasks as needed. Qualifications, skills, and experience: - BA/BS required. - Minimum of 2 years’ Wellness Coordinator or similar experience required. - Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple client stakeholders in a dynamic environment. - Experience managing Wellness Champion Networks. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong program planning and reporting skills. - Strong content creation and presentation skills. - Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Preferred: - Professional Certification from National Wellness Institute (NWI), The National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC), or the equivalent certification. Note: This is an hourly role: $24.00 - $27.00 hr. This position supports the following program: U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Secretary (OST), Working Capital Fund (WCF), Office of Financial Management (OFM) — WCF IT Financial Management, Cost Model Development, and Systems Integration Support. What will you do: - Lead a nine-person delivery team supporting the financial management of DOT's IT shared-services Working Capital Fund: - Cost model development and modernization - Systems integration and automation - Monthly billing and revenue management - Customer transparency reporting - Data analytics - Financial operating-model support across nine contract functional areas - You are the single point of contact to Government leadership and own delivery quality in an environment with formal Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards. - This role rewards a PM who runs quality gates before submission, protects a demanding monthly billing calendar, and communicates precisely with executives. Qualifications - Security Clearance: Public Trust or the ability to obtain one. - Candidates whose experience is limited to advisory, strategic, or conceptual consulting will not meet this program's bar. - The client explicitly requires demonstrated, hands-on implementation experience — deployed cost models, executed billing cycles, delivered automations, and operational financial products. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related technical field. - 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing complex federal financial management or IT shared-services programs. - Demonstrated delivery under formal quality surveillance (AQL/QASP-style regimes, deliverable acceptance, performance-based contracts). - Experience managing federal contract mechanics: IMS, RAID/risk management, CLIN-level hours accounting, deliverable schedules, COR/CO relationships. - Excellent executive communication — briefings, status reporting, and issue escalation with senior Government stakeholders.
