Role Description The Program Design Analyst is a detail-oriented technical analyst position that reports to the Operations Manager. The Design Analyst will be a team-player, responsible for compiling, analyzing, tracking program data, and reporting program information for all Programs. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $34,414.00

Role Description - Handle inbound and outbound calls with commercial energy customers - Assist customers with billing, payments, and account questions - Review and process energy incentive applications - Support customers through phone, email, and online chat - Maintain detailed and accurate account documentation - Follow all compliance and confidentiality guidelines - Perform additional administrative and back-office duties as needed - To be considered for this position you must be a current resident of New Jersey.
