Role Description We are looking for a detail and results-oriented Junior QA Analyst to join our team. As the Junior QA Analyst, you will be working on the Games Portfolio Management team to implement new games with our customers. This includes maintaining the game roadmap with the customer, managing current game portfolio and implementing new games. - Perform QA of games in UAT and Production environments - Coordinate issue resolutions via Jira - Perform functionality testing on games and campaign setups for multiple accounts - Review and verify game requirements - Assist with preparing the games roadmap for existing vendors in conjunction with the Games Team Lead. - Assist games portfolio managers with various tasks - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - BA/BS Business, computer science, or equivalent experience - Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, independent, able to learn quickly, multi-tasking, great interpersonal skills, team player - Casino gaming experience preferred - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Must be self-motivated and take on tasks without direction and collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Experience in automation is preferred - Some travel required - Must be available to work during the bulk of EST business hours. May need to adjust schedule periodically to accommodate clients and partners in other time zones. - This position is remote and can reside in Canada or US. • Interact with customers to provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer/tablet/cell phone applications according to established department policies and protocols • Respond to and process inbound calls, real-time chat communications, emails and make outgoing calls • Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns • Maintain customer confidentiality • Adopt and promote company values • Remain current on all new developments and procedures regarding department and company protocols. • Work according to set goals and targets • Have fun!

• Overseeing the end-to-end management of the games portfolio and all customer-facing website content. • Manage daily updates of lottery content via Contentful CMS, adapting assets to suit each platform. • Develop and maintain landing pages, Lottery Learning Link, promotional pages, and player-facing bonuses, ensuring high-quality user experiences. • Request game, website and acquisition graphics, build, and create banners, pop-ups, landing pages and marketing materials. • Point of contact with clients and internal teams to gain approval of fast-moving content plans. • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate and develop front-end components seamlessly. • Collaborate with Analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking of newly generated content. • Prepare roadmap games for existing vendors. • Manage game release timelines and ensure delivery dates are met. • Interact with multi-cross-functional teams (marketing, product, creative, editing, etc) to get the games launched according to the roadmap. • Perform the game launch asset briefing process (graphic and descriptive). • Manage operational dealings with vendors. • Perform QA on games in UAT and Production. • Review customer-facing game material on the website. • Perform Game approvals tasks. • Other duties as assigned.

• Conduct and/or review investigations into suspicious activity and escalate where appropriate. • Prepare and submit timely STR/SAR, Casino Disbursement Reports and any additional regulatory reporting as required/directed. • Maintain compliance with federal and provincial/state-level AML regulations (e.g., FINTRAC, BSA/AML, FINCEN, etc.). • Perform KYC/CDD/EDD reviews, including PEP and sanctions screening. • Contribute to internal AML audits and support regulatory exams. • Stay up to date on emerging AML risks, patterns, and evolving regulatory expectations in both the U.S. and Canada. • Assist in drafting, maintaining, and updating AML policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure alignment with U.S. and Canadian regulatory requirements. • Other duties as assigned.

• Monitor & Decision Transactions – Review the real-time payment request queue, approving, declining, or holding transactions in accordance with risk thresholds and playbooks. • Investigate & Resolve Payment Issues – Troubleshoot transaction failures, liaise with PSPs/banks, and coordinate internal fixes to minimize customer friction and downtime. • Chargeback & Alert Management – Action accounts for chargebacks, compile evidence packages, and track dispute outcomes, escalating atypical patterns to Fraud and Risk leadership. • KPI Tracking & Reporting – Maintain and analyze dashboards on acceptance rates, processing times, chargebacks, fraud losses prevented, and refund SLAs; present weekly insights and improvement recommendations. • Regulatory & Network Compliance – Ensure adherence to PCIDSS, card network rules, and jurisdiction specific licensing conditions; contribute to audit preparations and regulator reporting. • Cross Functional Collaboration – Partner with Compliance, AML, Fraud, and Customer Support to align payment flows with risk mitigation strategies and outstanding customer service. • Process Improvement – Recommend rule adjustments, automation opportunities, and provider enhancements to reduce manual review, false positives, and operating costs. • Other duties as assigned.
