Role Description An experienced Project Manager is required to work within our “Project Resourcing & Delivery” function that delivers services to our clients through software project implementations via web, mobile and platform applications. This role is fully remote open to applicants based in Ireland. The suitable candidate will need to be a team player, self-motivated, have excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to solve problems, the ability to work on more than one project at a time and to see tasks through to their resolution. We are seeking a candidate with the ability to engage customers, to understand and capture key project requirements and deliverables, to update customers on a day-to-day basis and to manage technical projects on time, within defined scope and within budget. Responsibilities - Leading and managing technical projects from initiation through the full project lifecycle - Accountable for delivering medium to large technical projects on time, within defined scope and within budget - Engaging with customers to define project scope and objectives - Development and management of project plans, schedules, budgets - Communicating with customers and project team around project milestones and dependencies - Co-ordinating the project team on day-to-day activities - Ensuring project methodologies, business processes and project documentation are followed and maintained - Effective communication with stakeholders and decision makers on project progress, reporting and escalating to senior management as needed - Support the development teams during implementation to co-ordinate with the customer, to clarify requirements and to help successfully deliver quality applications - The use of Software Development Lifecycle tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA & SharePoint to capture and monitor requirements for the cross functional teams - Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained - Expected to complete work-related training and learning, supported by TEKenable, with the goal of obtaining relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince II methodologies, ScrumMaster, etc) - Understand, comply with and actively promote adherence to ISO27001 and ISO9001 policies and procedures - Demonstrable commercial experience in managing large or multiple software/platform projects - Establishing, managing and monitoring project budgets and forecasts - Good knowledge of Agile, software development life cycle and experience using Project Management tools. - A natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and present technical content to a range of audiences. - Ability to design and deliver a high-level road-map and align and manage project deliverables and tasks for successful execution. - Enjoy collaborating and leading teams to design a strategy to solve problems and implement innovative solutions. - Developing strategies and visions and aligning project deliverables. • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex infrastructure M&A programs and other critical initiatives • Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success measures aligned to enterprise priorities • Coordinate planning and execution across infrastructure domains including network/connectivity, cloud platforms, identity services, and endpoint technologies • Identify, track, and resolve program-level risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed • Establish and maintain governance structures, including executive-level reporting and communications • Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision-making • Oversee Day 1 readiness, Day 2 transition activities, and TSA execution where applicable • Mentor and guide project managers, reinforcing delivery best practices and consistent methodologies • Drive continuous improvement in project execution, tools, and delivery standards • Ensure compliance with enterprise delivery frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

• Serve as the subject matter expert for one or more product lines, providing guidance to Project Management team members and educating customers on operational services. • Independently lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of study management, including projects involving multiple service lines. • Gather customer requirements and communicate project objectives to internal stakeholders. • Develop study documentation and oversee the distribution and tracking of study equipment. • Create, distribute, and manage project reports and study-related documentation. • Archive study data and documentation in accordance with company procedures. • Set and manage customer expectations while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. • Monitor project timelines and manage financial components, including: Budget reviews Revenue forecasting Scope change management Invoice reconciliation • Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues when appropriate. • Lead internal and external discussions to promote collaboration, effective communication, and efficient resource utilization. • Apply problem-solving strategies to resolve customer concerns and maintain issue-tracking documentation. • Serve as the department lead for operational readiness related to new product initiatives. • Support cross-trained team members working in other service lines. • Act as a liaison between Project Management and other departments to facilitate collaboration and communication. • Conduct quality control reviews of systems and project documentation to ensure deliverable accuracy and consistency. • Ensure compliance with training completion and documentation requirements. • Present study services during Investigator Meetings and Site Initiation Meetings when required. • Participate in client meetings alongside Business Development and Operational teams to present company services and operational workflows. • Support sales initiatives that contribute to incremental revenue growth. • Mentor and assist in the onboarding and training of new Project Management team members. • Perform additional duties, assignments, and special projects as needed.

• Partner with departmental leadership to ensure strategic objectives are effectively implemented and delivered according to established timelines. • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Management team members through coaching, career planning, and competency development. • Ensure appropriate onboarding, training, and documentation processes are completed and maintained. • Review project system setups, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Conduct routine team meetings to facilitate communication, monitor workload, and support resource forecasting. • Collect, monitor, analyze, and report on team performance metrics to assess productivity, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely resolution. • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management activities for Project Management team members. • Promote collaboration across departments to ensure effective communication, efficient resource utilization, and successful contract execution. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and streamline Project Management processes. • Ensure compliance with training requirements and documentation standards. • Support the development, review, and maintenance of SOPs, departmental training plans, and job descriptions. • Lead departmental initiatives and process improvement efforts related to systems, services, and operational workflows. • Participate in customer meetings and presentations alongside Business Development and Operations teams as required. • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects to support organizational objectives.
