Lead, EITP M&A Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex infrastructure M&A programs and other critical initiatives • Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success measures aligned to enterprise priorities • Coordinate planning and execution across infrastructure domains including network/connectivity, cloud platforms, identity services, and endpoint technologies • Identify, track, and resolve program-level risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed • Establish and maintain governance structures, including executive-level reporting and communications • Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision-making • Oversee Day 1 readiness, Day 2 transition activities, and TSA execution where applicable • Mentor and guide project managers, reinforcing delivery best practices and consistent methodologies • Drive continuous improvement in project execution, tools, and delivery standards • Ensure compliance with enterprise delivery frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading IT projects or programs
- Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale initiatives in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or major infrastructure transformations
- Strong working knowledge across core infrastructure domains
- Hands-on experience applying Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience leading high-visibility, cross-functional programs
- Track record of mentoring and developing project managers
- Sound judgment and decision-making in complex or ambiguous situations
- Experience using enterprise project and delivery tools (e.g., Planview, Jira)
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent preferred
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe) a plus
- ITIL Foundation a plus
