• Overseeing projects and serving as a client manager for airport design and construction projects • Mentoring junior staff • Leading QA/QC efforts • Expanding Ardurra's aviation presence through client relationship management and business development initiatives • Identifying new business opportunities • Developing and maintaining relationships with airport sponsors, aviation agencies, and industry partners • Supporting proposal and pursuit efforts • Collaborating with leadership to drive growth within targeted markets • Participating in industry organizations and conferences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- PE License
- 8+ years' experience in the airport design and/or construction field, either in private industry or government service
- Airport design, construction administration, and project management experience
- Strong knowledge of FAA advisory circulars related to airport design and the FAA grant process
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to lead and mentor existing staff and develop new staff as needed to support growth of the aviation group
- Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment
