• Define and lead the global strategy for planning, scheduling and OTR project management for Upgrades • Collaborate with Global Process Excellence Outage Planning & Scheduling functional leader for field services planning scope • Transform traditional planning tasks into actionable, KPI-driven workflows that directly influence operational performance, cycle time, and on-time delivery • Collaborate with ITO-OTR Handover functional leader for seamless Upgrades handoff • Design P&ES planning & scheduling and OTR project management processes within ISM • Translate engineering scope and milestones into executable project schedules • Manage schedule impacts driven by outage date changes • Ensure Parts delivery readiness is integrated into planning decisions • Establish the data foundation required for P&ES operational KPIs like Outage impact to delivery timelines • Own the functional roadmap for Upgrades planning & scheduling and OTR project management within ISM • Drive clarity on requirements, scope, and value-based prioritization • Lead enterprise change management by aligning stakeholders and embedding new ways of working. • Establish strong functional governance, clear decision rights, and effective escalation mechanisms

• Contribute to study management, ensuring that individual project targets are met and services are provided according to the highest quality standards, policies and procedures. Escalate project risks appropriately. • Plan and communicate to team members study specific tasks and project priorities. • Analyze and interpret various financial reports and monitor project finances. • Train study teams on site payment process, including setting expectations around site payments' requirements and deliverables. • Generate reports for study-level KPIs and metrics; evaluate and interpret data. Escalate performance issues to management. • Attend internal team meetings and provide updates on payment statuses. • Manage escalations (project team, site and sponsor) regarding payment issues. • May generate payments in accordance with procedural documents and site contracts. May build and enter budgets and SVTs; work on transparency reporting; perform study reconciliations; manage and maintain investigator funds tracker for studies transitioned to site payments. • May review and approve payments, budgets, and/or reconciliations, etc., in accordance with procedural documents and site contracts.

• Manage, coordinate and evaluate medical projects for one or more programs in collaboration with management and other stakeholders. • Work independently to perform first pass review of safety data, utilizing line listings, company dashboard(s) and/or other visualization tools. • Review safety data and provide summations for safety review meetings. • Independently function as the Project Lead for medical monitoring services when SAE case processing has not been contracted. • Create and maintain medical management plan(s) on studies. • Work independently to monitor the project financial status, unit forecasting, actual realization, and team allocations in systems. • Resolving complex problems through in-depth evaluation of various factors and offers solutions. • Present at business development, client, and investigator meetings and participates in strategy/business development calls.

• Coordinate and review safety data, utilizing line listings, company dashboards and/or other visualization tools • Review data for safety trends, coding consistencies, and potential follow up with investigator sites • Identify potential issues and resolve or escalate as appropriate • Review safety data and may provide summations for safety review meetings • May review designated sections of aggregate reports • May help to create/review safety and medical management plan(s) on studies and ensures that the processes included in plan documents are reflective of the contract and services requested • May help manage routine project implementation, forecasting and coordination, including review of metrics and budget considerations • Monitor the status of the data review and escalate any delays and/or risks to all stakeholders, including study leads • May present at business development, client, and investigator meetings and participate in strategy/business development calls • Resolve complex problems through in-depth evaluation of various factors and offers solutions • May serve as the primary point of contact for clinical/data management project teams • May assist management in training and mentoring
