Role Description Serve as the first point of contact for the CIS Virtual Care Center (VCC), managing a multi-line switchboard. - Handle incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. - Coordinate and schedule patient appointments using practice management software and clinic templates. - Support virtual care operations by ensuring smooth communication between patients and clinical staff. - Maintain accurate documentation within the medical record system. Qualifications - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff. - Experience (or familiarity) with multi-line switchboard systems. - Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document and route information. - Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable learning and using healthcare technology and scheduling systems. - Reliable team player who can adapt and support various operational needs. - High school diploma (preferred) and a commitment to delivering quality patient service. Requirements - Ensure timely and accurate call routing to improve patient access to care. - Provide clear communication and support to patients, enhancing their overall experience. - Accurately schedule appointments to optimize clinic efficiency and patient flow. - Respond effectively to urgent or emergency calls by connecting patients with appropriate clinical staff. - Maintain thorough and precise documentation to support high-quality patient care. - Stay knowledgeable about VCC services and technology to assist callers effectively. - Meet productivity and performance standards that support organizational goals.
