Operational Excellence Manager

• Drive continuous improvement and capability building within operations team • Enhance service delivery quality through training programs and development of best practices • Act as floating PFM during transitions in APAC • Monitor Work Order management and conduct operational diagnostics • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures • Lead initiatives for process optimization and tool enhancement • Track operational KPIs and report on results • Oversee operational expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities • Design and deliver targeted training programs and maintain skills matrix
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or Continuous Improvement roles
- Strong understanding of FM operational workflows
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and coaching skills
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis (Excel, Power BI)
- Change management expertise
- Experience with multi-site operations or floating resource models is highly desirable
- Mandatory IT Skills: Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant software
- English proficiency; local languages are a plus

Role Description As a Manager, Client Delivery you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and partnering with our client partner to delight key stakeholders in filling critical positions and managing multiple site locations within one of our largest RPO Client in the food servicing industry. The primary responsibility will be to partner and support day to day Business Operations activities, including: - Executive Reporting - Global Operations Governance and Compliance - Strategic Projects - Quality and Assurance initiatives - Business Continuity - Finance & Control Processes Interactions include all members of Client teams, Executive Leadership Team, and Internal departments.
