Role Description La Ville des Lilas, collectivité dynamique de 23 000 habitants en Seine-Saint-Denis, conduit une politique active en matière de solidarités, de cohésion sociale et de modernisation de ses services. Dans le cadre de la réorganisation de sa Direction générale, elle crée un poste de Directeur·rice délégué·e aux solidarités et à l'administration générale, rattaché·e au Directeur général des services. Sous l'autorité du Directeur général des services, le.la Directeur·rice délégué·e aux solidarités et à l'administration générale coordonne la mise en œuvre des orientations municipales dans un périmètre regroupant : - Action sociale (relevant du Centre communal d’action sociale des Lilas) - Santé - Relation aux usagers - Systèmes d'information - Affaires juridiques - Démocratie participative - Égalité entre les femmes et les hommes - Lutte contre les discriminations - Inclusion du handicap Missions : - Coordonner la mise en œuvre des orientations définies par l'autorité territoriale et accompagner le déploiement des politiques du champ de compétences - Assurer la coordination des fonctions support au service de l'ensemble des directions (systèmes d'information, affaires juridiques) en développant la gestion en mode projet pour accompagner la modernisation et la sécurisation des procédures administratives pour les agents et les usagers - Assurer le suivi des services et chargé·es de missions relevant de son périmètre afin de garantir la cohérence des interventions et la qualité du service rendu - Coordonner les projets transversaux du champ de compétences - Rendre compte au Directeur général des services de l'activité des services de son périmètre Requirements - Temps de travail : 37h30 hebdomadaires - 25 jours de CA + 15 jours de RTT - IFSE mensuelle + prime annuelle (équivalent traitement indiciaire mensuel) versé en deux fois - Avantages sociaux : adhésion facultative à un contrat de prévoyance ouvrant droit à une participation de 22 € par mois - Participation mutuelle à hauteur de 25% de la cotisation - Titres restaurant - Prestations familiales et avantages proposés par le Comité des œuvres sociales (chèques cadeaux, chèques vacances, accès à des tarifs préférentiels pour les loisirs, séjours…) Qualifications - Coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires - Piloter des projets - Assurer le suivi budgétaire et administratif - Préparer et présenter des décisions à l'autorité territoriale - Capacité à travailler en interface élus / administration Benefits - Maîtrise des politiques publiques locales en particulier dans les domaines de l'action sociale, de la santé et de la cohésion sociale - Maîtrise de l’environnement territorial et institutionnel, du cadre réglementaire du périmètre de compétence - Connaissances des enjeux du numérique dans le secteur public Company Description - Qualités rédactionnelles et de synthèse - Disponibilité, réactivité et adaptabilité - Sens des responsabilités et capacité à rendre compte - Sens de la relation aux élu·es et aux partenaires - Rigueur et méthode dans le suivi des dossiers - Aptitude à fédérer des équipes aux cultures professionnelles différentes - Qualités relationnelles et managériales éprouvées

What We Do Remote Commercial Title Officer | Remote (U.S.) Must be available to work Pacific Time Zone business hours. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Title Officer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders, identifying and resolving title issues that may impact insurability prior to closing. You will review title commitments, coordinate with internal and external parties, and obtain the documentation necessary to clear title defects while ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of Title Officer experience and strong commercial title expertise, including experience managing complex commercial transactions. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Key Responsibilities - Review title commitments and identify issues affecting title insurability prior to closing. - Partner with customers, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve title-related issues and facilitate successful closings. - Communicate with clients and third parties to obtain documentation required to clear title defects, exceptions, and discrepancies. - Analyze and resolve missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or conflicting information contained in title commitments and related documents. - Provide guidance and recommendations regarding title matters, underwriting requirements, and risk mitigation. - Ensure all title work complies with internal policies, underwriting guidelines, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. - Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title review and curative process. - Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting service-level expectations and closing deadlines. - Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth and efficient transaction processing.
