• Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere B2B-Partner und sorgst dafür, dass im Tagesgeschäft alles rundläuft – von der Anfrage bis zum fertigen Onboarding. • Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, Operations und dem Tech-Team und hältst dem Team den Rücken frei, damit Anfragen schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert beantwortet werden. • Du sorgst mit dafür, dass Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft zuverlässig funktionieren und mit dem Unternehmen mitwachsen. • Kundensupport: Du bearbeitest unsere Support-Inbox und beantwortest die Anfragen unserer B2B-Partner zu Systemen, Zugängen und Abrechnungsthemen – schnell und lösungsorientiert. • Du übernimmst Angebots- und Abrechnungsprozesse und sorgst für eine zuverlässige Erfassung und Pflege relevanter Daten. • Du führst Erstgespräche und Produktdemos und zeigst Partnern, wie unsere Plattform sie weiterbringt. • Du stellst einen erfolgreichen Start neuer Partner sicher und übernimmst dabei die notwendigen administrativen und manuellen Aufgaben. • Du erkennst wiederkehrendes Produktfeedback und bringst es strukturiert ins Produktteam ein.
Job Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales Support oder Operations, in der Service für dich Haltung ist, nicht nur Aufgabe
- Du arbeitest gern mit Menschen, bleibst auch bei vielen Anfragen freundlich und geduldig und hast ein gutes Gespür im Umgang mit Partnern
- Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern greifst auch mal selbst zum Hörer und bringst Themen ins Rollen – gerade im Remote-Alltag
- Du hast Lust, in einem jungen, wachsenden Umfeld mitzubauen, statt nur fertige Abläufe abzuarbeiten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig behältst Prioritäten im Blick und findest auch dann einen klaren Weg, wenn nicht jeder Prozess bis ins Detail definiert ist

Role Description We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Operations & Process Specialist to support core legal operations while helping formalize and improve our internal processes. This role is execution-focused first. You will manage: - Intake - Billing support - Document organization - Operational tracking Over time, you will also help document workflows, maintain internal process libraries, and support structured onboarding and training initiatives.
