Accounts Payable Processor
CRC Insurance Services
• Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries • Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and identify and resolve discrepancies • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities ensuring accurate and timely financial data • Prepare standard financial reports and maintain organized records in compliance with internal policies • Support internal and external audit requests through accurate data compilation and documentation • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve routine accounting issues • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations within a corporate environment
- Experience with accounting systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead and oversee the full-cycle accounts payable function for our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, managing vendor relationships, supervising AP staff, and maintaining compliance with company policies and internal controls.
