• Own the AI/ML platform: GPU capacity strategy, model serving and inference latency, training and fine-tuning infrastructure, MLOps and evaluation pipelines, vector and feature stores, and the RAG and agentic patterns our product teams build on. • Build out the incident response program: on-call structure, severity definitions, incident command, communication standards, postmortems, and follow-through on systemic fixes. • Develop the observability stack across metrics, logs, traces, and synthetics. Set SLOs and report against them. • Operate the Azure and OCI footprint. Infrastructure-as-code, capacity planning, and reliability across CPU and GPU workloads. • Operations, performance, HA/DR, and roadmap for Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, and similar. • Brief executives on reliability and risk. Lead internal communication during incidents. Speak to customers when major incidents affect them. • Lead a globally distributed team of managers and senior ICs. Maintain a strong culture and leadership bench.
• This role requires a leader who brings deep technical knowledge of enterprise AI platforms and the strategic judgment to look across every platform EPEO offers — spanning leading AI and cloud platform providers — and define where AI belongs, what it should change, and how the organization gets there. • The Senior Director, AI Platform Engineering & Enablement brings two equally weighted mandates. On the engineering side, this leader applies deep technical judgment to evaluate, architect, and govern how AI capabilities are integrated across EPEO’s platform portfolio — ensuring what is deployed is the right capability, properly engineered, and fit for the business functions it serves. • On the enablement side, this leader ensures AI capabilities from our major providers are not just procured but actively activated, governed, and embedded into how our platforms operate.
Senior Product Engineer, Platform
Revelation Pharma LLCRevelation Pharma is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
Role Description HiveRx is a production pharmacy operations platform built for regulated compounding environments. It is actively used, actively growing, and actively being extended across pharmacy workflows, integrations, and compliance-heavy operations. This role owns core platform development: the features and systems that power every pharmacy we support. That includes sterile compounding workflows, pharmacy-specific operational needs, insurance and ERP touchpoints, and the platform foundations that will eventually support AI-assisted and agentic workflows. This is not a pure feature-ticket role, and it is not a generic backend role. It requires someone who can understand the business process, the regulatory constraints, the technical architecture, and the long-term platform consequences of what they build. Job Activities and Responsibilities - Build and extend core HiveRx platform capabilities used across regulated pharmacy operations - Work on compliance-heavy workflows involving compounding, dispensing, pharmacy configuration, insurance, and operational controls - Contribute to architecture decisions for platform features that need to scale across many pharmacies with different workflows - Write production-quality Laravel and Vue code that fits the existing system rather than fighting it - Participate in QA, release planning, and post-release validation for platform changes - Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into detailed, unambiguous feature specifications - Research workflows, compliance constraints, vendor APIs, ERP behavior, and integration patterns - Help bring more ERP, inventory, finance, and operational integration ownership in-house, with NetSuite experience especially valuable across the hiring slate - Work directly with internal stakeholders to extract and validate requirements - Write specs that are complete enough to be handed off without a follow-up meeting - Support active platform tracks and keep implementation moving without unnecessary consultant dependency - Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks proactively across data integrity, auditability, workflow edge cases, access control, and operational failure modes - Contribute to technical, user-facing, and compliance-relevant documentation - Help define implementation standards for HiveRx platform work - Raise architectural concerns before they become expensive product problems - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Strong command of PHP and Laravel; you can read, debug, and write production code in a real codebase - Comfortable with Vue 3, Inertia.js, Tailwind CSS, and Vite-based frontend tooling - Experience designing and maintaining integrations with ERP, finance, inventory, or operational systems is strongly preferred - NetSuite experience is especially valuable because we want at least one senior product engineer who can help bring that integration knowledge in-house - Able to work within an established architecture without needing to rebuild it - Experience working in or building software for regulated industries, preferably healthcare - Understanding of compliance considerations that affect software design: audit trails, data integrity, access control, and change documentation - Familiarity with pharmacy, compounding, dispensing, ERP, or adjacent workflows is a meaningful plus - Able to learn pharmacy workflows deeply enough to make correct product and engineering decisions - Comfortable using AI tools as a productivity layer for research, code review, implementation support, and documentation - Able to critically evaluate AI-generated code and documentation, especially in compliance-sensitive contexts - Understands where AI output requires extra scrutiny: edge cases, regulatory logic, data handling, and integration boundaries - Strong technical writer; your specs require minimal clarification - Able to communicate clearly with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders - Detail-oriented without being slow; you know when a spec is done - Comfortable explaining tradeoffs, risks, and implementation constraints clearly - Senior ownership mentality; you do not wait for perfect instructions before structuring the work - Comfortable with ambiguity; able to impose structure on it - Skeptical in the right ways; you look for failure modes before they reach production - Not looking for a role with clean lines; this role has overlap by design and requires someone who can context-switch without losing quality Requirements - Backend: PHP 8.4 / Laravel 13 - Postgres via Eloquent ORM - Laravel Horizon (Redis queues), Scout (search), Sanctum (auth), Reverb (WebSockets) - Saloon for API integrations - Frontend: Vue 3 / Inertia.js v2 - Tailwind CSS v4 / Vite - Testing: Pest v4 / PHPUnit 12 - Infrastructure: Kubernetes on AWS Physical Requirements - Ability to sit for extended periods. - Effective communication skills via telephone and email. - Ability to lift forty (40) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes. - Fine Motor Skills - Visual acuity Benefits - Health care insurance (medical, dental, vision) - Life Insurance - Supplemental Insurance - PTO - 401K matching - Sick leave - Remote-first
