• Manage, lead & mentor our Platform Engineers • Design, build, manage and monitor the infrastructure of RoadRunner technology • Collaborate with product and engineering managers to define technical roadmaps and help guide our technology north star • Maintain current awareness of marketplace trends, both technical and process improvements
• Writes code, debugs and performs unit testing in all application layers and data access layer. • Participates in code reviews with manager to ensure accurate code and design techniques are being used. • Assists in the full software lifecycle activities including project planning, requirement analysis, design, development, quality assurance and documentation.
• Own the technical side of the sales cycle — discovery, demos, and POCs — and be the reason deals get to a technical win. • Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and build credibility with both technical and business stakeholders. • Translate prospect requirements into compelling solution narratives that map Roadrunner's PQA capabilities to how their quoting and pricing actually works. • Feed structured field insights back to Product and Engineering: objections, integration gaps, competitive patterns. • Build reusable assets — demo environments, battlecards, POC templates — that make the whole GTM team sharper
• Own the full technical relationship on strategic deals, from initial demo through post-close implementation, serving as the customer’s trusted advisor and primary technical point of contact. • Design and deliver tailored demos and POCs that showcase how Roadrunner’s PQA stack fits into a customer’s existing CRM, ERP, and broader enterprise architecture. • Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, build technical credibility with IT and business stakeholders, and remove technical blockers early in the sales cycle. • Lead post-sale technical onboarding: gather requirements, architect integration solutions, and work hands-on with implementation engineers to bring customers live and scale. • Translate real-world customer needs into actionable product insights for Engineering and Product teams. • Build reusable assets, including playbooks, technical guides, demo environments, and integration patterns, to elevate the broader go-to-market team.
• Lead the timely and successful onboarding execution according to customer needs • Manage day-to-day communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams • Partner with Customers to understand their business issues • Perform Broker and Diversion plan implementations to fit customer needs • Manage and update internal workflows to track customer activities
• Use a multi-channel approach to connect with Directors, VPs, and CEOs • Partner with Enterprise AEs to target major accounts • Own the top of the funnel for our biggest deals • Use Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LI Navigator, and Gong to build a smart, data-driven pipeline
