Job Description

Senior Software Developer – Full Remote

IQVIA

• Design, development and maintenance of our web applications as well as native administrative applications based on C#, .NET, Blazor, JavaScript and SQL Server • Participation in technical design and further development of existing and new components in the frontend and backend • Design and implementation of REST interfaces and integration of external systems and services • Implementation of functional and technical requirements in close collaboration with architecture, product owners and business units • Taking on selected DevOps tasks in build, release and deployment management and further development of our CI/CD pipelines • Management and technical implementation of regulatory and domain-specific requirements in the healthcare sector, in particular in the context of certification processes by KBV, Gematik and other relevant institutions • Ensuring code quality and software standards through code reviews, automated tests and mentoring of junior developers • Use of modern tools such as Azure DevOps, Git and automated build and deployment processes • Participation in the continuous improvement of development processes, tools and technical standards • Close collaboration with product owners, business units and other stakeholders to optimally implement customer and market requirements

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in full-stack development with modern .NET technologies
  • Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Blazor and relational databases (SQL Server)
  • Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs
  • Experience with modern development tools and methodologies, especially Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes
  • Interest in further developing CI/CD, build and deployment processes
  • Experience dealing with regulatory requirements and, ideally, with certification procedures in the healthcare sector
  • Desirable: knowledge of modern authentication and authorization technologies (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Duende IdentityServer, Keycloak or similar solutions)
  • Ideally experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with KBV, Gematik, TI or other eHealth solutions
  • Strong team and communication skills, high self-initiative and a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Very good German and good English language skills
