• Diseñar, documentar y ejecutar casos y escenarios de prueba, asegurando una cobertura adecuada según la criticidad del producto • Definir y llevar adelante estrategias de testing que garanticen una visión integral de la calidad • Involucrarte en etapas tempranas del desarrollo, participando activamente del ciclo completo del producto para prevenir defectos desde el inicio • Automatizar pruebas utilizando herramientas como Selenium IDE, contribuyendo a la eficiencia y escalabilidad del proceso de QA • Validar APIs REST y SOAP, así como aplicaciones mobile, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento funcional y técnico
Job Requirements
- +3 años de experiencia en QA Automation con fuerte foco en análisis funcional y redacción de casos y escenarios de prueba
- Visión integral de calidad, entendiendo el impacto del producto en el negocio y en el usuario final
- Experiencia en testeo de aplicaciones mobile
- Manejo de herramientas de automatización como Cypress, Playwright y K6
- Experiencia definiendo e implementando estrategias de testing

Role Description The Customer Assurance Specialist will provide excellent customer service to our customers and dealers by resolving high priority damages, defects, warehouse errors, and carrier issues that arise after the freight has left our distribution centers. Responsibilities/Expectations - Ensures that our customers/dealers are provided with quality customer service at every step of their inquiry. - Effectively and efficiently handle product claims within Salesforce CRM to ensure that the customer receives the appropriate resolution. - Ensures that all processes and procedures are maintained, and a proper resolution has been provided. - Properly maintains personal case queues within set parameters and closes claims within the required time frame. - Provide first class communication with customers/dealers by being proactive and professional via provided email and call-based software. - Professionally correspond with other departments within the company to foster awareness and data-driven resolutions for certain products or issues that arise. - Manage email inbox to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner. - Assist in gathering critical data on high priority issues and products. - Provide in-depth analysis of claims to ensure all issues are properly reviewed before resolutions are provided to customers/dealers. Qualifications - Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and customers. - Ability to follow written and verbal instruction. - Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage customer interactions, cases, and order-related inquiries preferred. - Working knowledge of Office Suite to include: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. - Ability to multitask and conduct research. - Proficient keyboarding skills. - Time management skills. • Foster strong teamwork orientation, promote diversity, and build cross-cultural relationships, resolving conflicts appropriately • Study and interpret plans, drawings, wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and risks • Serve as a technical resource and guide to project team members who are incorporating Mortenson’s Quality system and Three-phase Planning process • Lead project Quality kick-offs and lead/execute instructor-led training modules in Quality • Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, Project and Field Engineers to develop and implement project Quality Plans, DFW logs, Standardized Work Plans, Turnover and Project Close-out requirements, etc. • Train and coach project teams to implement the Project Quality Plan from notice to proceed through final acceptance, understand quality requirements and ensure compliance with contract documents • Ensure project teams utilize accepted standards and processes to manage Non-Conformance Records (NCRs), the Request for Information (RFI) process, and submittals process • Partner with project teams to capture and share lessons learned and best practices that identify opportunities to minimize risk and improve overall project execution • Support operating group-wide Quality initiatives • Demonstrate leadership consistent with Mortenson values
