Senior Specialist, Pharmacy Support – Learning and Development
Cardinal Health
• Facilitate training courses across the academy in alignment with strategic business needs. • Partner with Learning Business Partner and Instructional Design and Development HUB resources to execute business initiatives and ensure accurate content is available for and delivered in training courses. • Leverage Learning Technology strategy to support the business, reinforce training and close employee’s performance gaps • Participate in strategic learning projects that align with Business initiative • Provide Attendance, Training Plans, Training Reports and other insights from training courses
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Previous experience with Pharmacy Training development, preferred
- Knowledge of Guardian Rx pharmacy management, preferred
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices, preferred
- Experience with virtual delivery applications such as Zoom and MS Teams
- Strong oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic
