Bilingual Patient Support Specialist – Remote

IQVIA

• Acts as the primary point of contact in a call center • Provides high-quality support to patients and healthcare professionals • Primarily manages inbound calls on rotating shifts • Uses telephony systems and multiple computer platforms to deliver prompt, accurate assistance • Provides patient counseling in accordance with pharmaceutical manufacturers’ requirements • Responsible for assessing patients’ financial resources • Communicates directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers regarding exceptional cases

Job Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a patient support program, customer service, or call center environment
  • Ability and willingness to work a rotating schedule, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (AST), Monday to Friday
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient with computer environments and common software (such as Excel, Word, and Outlook)
