• Serve as the primary administrator and business owner of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) • Perform hands-on configuration, maintenance, and administration of SPM modules • Manage workflows, intake forms, approvals, and system governance within ServiceNow • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting directly within SPM • Execute and manage core PMO administrative activities, including portfolio tracking, updates, and documentation
Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years in PMO, portfolio management, program management, or governance roles
- Direct, hands-on experience administering ServiceNow SPM / PPM
- Proven experience managing SPM configurations, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- Strong background in PMO operations, reporting, and administrative process management
- Experience supporting executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and reporting
