Role Description Arcsen is a Salesforce implementation partner delivering CRM transformation across retail, automotive, education, airline, and public sector clients in the Middle East. We're hiring a mid-level Business Analyst to join our delivery team and own requirements work end to end across active client engagements — from discovery through to UAT and handover. You'll work alongside senior BAs, solution architects, and technical consultants, translating business needs into clear, buildable Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on delivery role with room to grow into solution design and presales. Responsibilities: - Lead requirements-gathering workshops and discovery sessions with client stakeholders, capturing business processes, pain points, and objectives. - Produce clear delivery artifacts: BRDs, user stories, process flows (BPMN), data mapping documents, and UAT plans. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications that solution and technical teams can build against. - Configure and support Salesforce solutions where needed, and validate that delivered functionality meets requirements. - Manage UAT cycles — coordinating test scripts, tracking defects, and driving sign-off. - Maintain backlogs and requirement traceability across the project lifecycle. - Support presales and scoping activities, including effort estimation and proposal input. - Act as a communication bridge between client stakeholders and the delivery team throughout the engagement. Qualifications - 6+ years of business analysis experience, or 3+ years working specifically on Salesforce implementations. - Solid understanding of CRM concepts and at least one Salesforce cloud (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Data Cloud). - Proven ability to write structured requirements documentation — BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria. - Experience facilitating workshops and managing client-facing communication with confidence. - Familiarity with process modeling (BPMN 2.0 a plus) and Agile delivery. - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. - Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage given our regional client base. Requirements - Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or cloud-specific consultant certs) - Nice to have. - Experience with MuleSoft, Agentforce, or data migration projects - Nice to have. - Exposure to one or more of our core industries (automotive, retail, education, airline, public sector) - Nice to have. - Prior experience at a consulting or implementation partner - Nice to have. Benefits - Work on high-impact Salesforce transformations for leading regional brands. - Structured BA practice with frameworks, mentorship, and a clear progression path. - Exposure across multiple industries and the full Salesforce platform. - A collaborative team that invests in capability building. - Attractive packages and performance compensation. - Full work comfort, ability to work remotely from any place. - Health insurance package. We care about your health and well-being. - Paid-time off and holidays. Giving our professionals the flexibility & responsibility to manage their times.

Role Description As Business Unit Lead – Public Sector (all genders), you turn Public Sector into a real, growing business and make eduki the obvious default choice for how a school buys and shares teaching materials. Your ambition is to make it one of the main drivers of eduki overall. Here's what that looks like day to day: - Own the strategy. You decide where we focus, what we test, and what we stop — from how we define the market to how we price, package, and position. - Sell and grow revenue. You run real conversations with schools, close deals, and grow revenue hands-on from day one — using your deep understanding of how schools work and decide to turn what you see in the field into sharper segments, positioning, and product direction. - Shape the product. You bring the market and commercial perspective to our Product team, giving evidence-based input on what to build next, so schools genuinely need what we offer. - Build the foundations. You put the essentials in place — a simple pipeline, core sales and marketing materials, clear reporting, and a playbook others can build on. - Connect across eduki. You work closely with Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and leadership to get what the unit needs, while keeping an eye on the bigger opportunity with school authorities and ministries. - Grow the team. Over time, you build and lead a team across Sales, Key Accounts, and Product Marketing — starting by leading through doing. Qualifications - You've built something from zero before — a company, a business line, a new market — and you enjoy creating structure where none exists yet. - You know German schools inside out. You've sold to and worked with many of them across different federal states, and you understand what actually drives their decisions. - You're a skilled negotiator, comfortable navigating institutional buying processes with multiple stakeholders. - You think in evidence, not opinions. You've shaped a real business decision — pricing, packaging, or market entry — using data, and convinced leadership to approve it. - You build the tools and processes you need as you go, rather than waiting for someone else to set them up. - You can use German naturally, speaking and writing on a C2-level. You also feel comfortable communicating in English and working in an international team. Requirements - Full-time role, based in Germany, fixed salary (59.800€–75.000€ gross) + stock option package (VSOP). - Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Germany. Benefits - Attractive Compensation Package: The total compensation for this role is up to 86.250 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 59.800 EUR and 75.000 EUR. - Growth Opportunities: At eduki, you will find an exciting job opportunity within a profitable and fast-growing company. We prioritize action over perfection and view mistakes as opportunities for growth. Regular performance feedback sessions ensure that you receive constructive insights into your work and progress. Additionally, you will receive a 1,000 EUR development budget per year to invest in your professional development goals. - Working from Home: We fully embrace a home office culture and want you to enjoy full flexibility by enabling you to set your own work schedule. In addition to providing the necessary software and hardware, we offer a 500 EUR budget that you can freely use to equip your home office. Furthermore, you can work from abroad for up to 90 days per year with us! - Employee Health: Your well-being matters to us. To help you take care of both body and mind, we offer online yoga sessions and actively support mental health by allowing time for therapy or coaching sessions during your working hours. Take advantage of your flexible schedule to prioritize what you need, including your health! - Team Building Events: At eduki, we foster a strong sense of community. Whether virtual or on-site, you'll have opportunities to bond with your colleagues. Once a year, the entire team enjoys a company-wide team event, visiting new places and creating lasting memories together.
