Your Impact We are evolving our brand from a reliable functional platform into a deeply resonant brand that teachers feel a personal connection to. As our Brand & Campaign Lead (all genders), you will own that transformation. You will shape the brand strategy, create campaigns and lead the team that brings it all to life across all markets. Here is what that looks in practice: - Brand Strategy & Positioning: You own and evolve eduki's brand strategy, messaging architecture, and visual identity, leading our strategic shift toward a premium platform for teacher-tested, high-quality materials. You act as the final brand authority, guiding other teams (like Product, Growth Marketing) to ensure that our identity resonates deeply with teachers, authors, and institutional decision-makers across every channel and market. - Creative Campaign Leadership: You lead the end-to-end planning and execution of major integrated campaigns — from the big idea to the last asset — ensuring they are teacher-relevant, locally resonant, and creatively excellent. - Team Transformation & Strategy: You take full ownership of reshaping the Brand & Campaigns team by clarifying roles, and establishing ways of working, and creating the structure that allows the function to scale campaign volume effectively. Additionally, you have a track record of building or restructuring teams of 5+ direct reports (including freelancers and agencies) in a fast-paced, multi-market environment. - You have owned a brand end-to-end. You defined the positioning, evolved the identity, and brought it to life across channels and markets in a way that created genuine emotional connection with the customer. - You are a campaign powerhouse with a proven track record of delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns across international markets, with significant budget responsibility and measurable impact. - You are a process builder who knows how to create the frameworks, templates and rituals that allow a creative team to operate at high quality and scale. You proactively integrate AI tools into these workflows to improve team output and drive operational efficiency. - You are a data wizard, using data to sharpen creative decisions, not replace them. You are comfortable assessing brand health metrics, campaign performance reporting, and A/B testing. - You are a nuanced and empathetic communicator in both English and German. You have the confidence to guide, influence, and provide constructive push-back to cross-functional peers (e.g. Growth Marketing, Product), ensuring brand alignment with both clarity and respect. - You are a customer advocate and genuinely excited about building a brand for teachers. You understand what it means to earn the trust of a dedicated, values-driven community, and you know how to translate that understanding into brand and campaign decisions. Your Impact As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist (all genders), you transform eduki into a learning factory, establishing people development as a strategic driver for business and enabling all edukians to continuously develop the necessary skills. Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on to achieve this goal: - Learning & Development Design: You will design, implement, and continuously improve practical learning and enablement formats (e.g. blended learning, live sessions, microlearning) across the full employee lifecycle to ensure sustainable growth in our remote-first environment. - Leadership Development: You shape and drive leadership development initiatives, partnering with our Leads as a strategic sparring partner and supporting them in developing strong, capable teams. - Competency & Career Design: You evolve and sharpen our competency model in close collaboration with leaders and subject experts, support its rollout and training, and translate it into clear, skill-based career paths for Individual Contributors and Leaders. - Data-Driven Insights: You’ll plan and analyze engagement and feedback formats (e.g., pulse surveys, eNPS). By interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, you will derive and implement concrete L&D initiatives that move the needle on collaboration and performance. Your Skills and Expertise Skills & Competencies - You bring hands-on L&D expertise gained in a growing organization – you know how to build structure where little exists, prioritize without a team behind you, and deliver operationally while thinking strategically. - You are skilled in designing and delivering modern learning formats such as blended, digital, and micro-learning – with a strong instinct for what works with a digitally native, learning-savvy audience. - You can prepare and lead workshops and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders – you know how to create commitment and move things forward without formal authority. - You have successfully built and facilitated structured onboarding programs beyond generic HR onboarding – including role-specific, functional onboarding developed in close collaboration with business stakeholders. - You have experience developing and refining competency models pragmatically: identifying competencies, validating them with stakeholders, and integrating them into existing performance review cycles. - You know how to connect L&D to performance – ensuring learning pathways and development initiatives are meaningfully linked to review cycles, so L&D doesn't exist in isolation. - You have led L&D projects end-to-end on your own: from scoping and concept through to rollout and stakeholder communication, with clear ownership at every stage. - You communicate complex topics clearly and with nuance – in English, both in writing and in facilitated settings with senior audiences. HR Tech Expertise - You have hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools, ideally Articulate 360, to create interactive digital learning content. - You are familiar with modern people development platforms such as Culture Amp or Leapsome – including configuration, cycle management, and communication of results. - You are comfortable using AI-powered tools (e.g. Synthesia) to create digital learning videos for onboarding or upskilling – or you're eager to get up to speed quickly.
