Role Description In this role, you will build strategic plans to address provider’s needs and design solutions to drive revenue and value across a regional territory that spans Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. You will manage the relationships of small to medium size hospital accounts including custom financial relationships and the day-to-day operations of the partnership. - Deploy comprehensive analytics to drive recommendations and decision making. - Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior executives. - Interact and collaborate with suppliers ensuring contract sales growth. - Coordinate effective relationships with provider contacts, proactively balancing relationships between the supplier and provider. - Identify, prioritize and implement high value projects to deliver strong customer service. Qualifications - Relevant degree preferred. Master’s degree desired. - 7 or more years of relevant account management/sales experience in a hospital/health care setting required. - Proficiency with Customer Relations Management (CRM) required. (e.g., Salesforce) - Experience working with health care executive levels with the ability to influence decisions at both the C-suite and department head levels. - Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate meetings and present information to executive management. - Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and results-oriented environment. - Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables. - Candidate should reside in MO or IL. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. - The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00. - This position is also incentive eligible.
