Role Description Storable is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing configuration, optimization, and stability of our Salesforce platform and GTM systems. This role is responsible for implementing scalable solutions, improving user experience, maintaining data integrity, and partnering closely with Business Systems Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, a passion for operational efficiency, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable, well-documented platform changes. Responsibilities - Salesforce Configuration & Administration - Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and permission sets. - Build and optimize Salesforce Flows using best-practice patterns (bulkification, limits awareness, error handling). - Maintain security models, user access, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies. - Support the creation and refinement of reports, dashboards, and list views. - Assist with CPQ, case management, lead routing, and other GTM workflows as needed. - Platform Maintenance & Data Quality - Monitor system health and troubleshoot user issues, data errors, and automation failures. - Perform data updates, uploads, deduplication, cleansing, and quality monitoring. - Maintain sandbox environments—including refresh cycles, testing coordination, and metadata cleanliness. - Collaborate on system audits, optimization efforts, and routine administrative maintenance. - Solution Delivery & Collaboration - Partner with Business Systems Analysts to understand requirements, user stories, and use cases. - Translate requirements into well-structured technical solutions aligned with platform best practices. - Collaborate with Salesforce Developers when custom code or advanced components are required. - Participate in design discussions, estimating effort and identifying edge cases or downstream impacts. - Testing, Deployment & Documentation - Create and execute test cases for admin-built changes; assist with UAT coordination. - Support release management processes: change documentation, version tracking, deployment validation, and end-user support. - Maintain admin-level documentation for configurations, workflows, data models, and processes. - Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions. - Training, Support & User Enablement - Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users across Sales, Marketing, Support, and other departments. - Deliver short trainings, demos, and walkthroughs to help users adopt new features or workflows. - Develop user-facing guides, FAQs, and quick-reference materials. - Identify recurring user issues and recommend automation or process changes to reduce friction. - Continuous Improvement & Governance - Contribute to the evolution of governance standards for documentation, request intake, data structures, and development patterns. - Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and optimize user experience. - Participate in Continuous Improvement huddles and Strategic Project huddles as needed. - Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, new features, and platform best practices. Qualifications - 2–4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. - Strong working knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, validation rules, objects, fields, record types, security model). - Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system changes. - Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort troubleshooting issues across automations and data. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. - Familiarity with GTM processes (Sales, Marketing, Support) and how they operate within Salesforce. - Strong organizational skills and commitment to documentation and process discipline. - Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or higher (preferred). Requirements - Highly Preferred: - Experience with HubSpot, Workato, or similar GTM/automation platforms. - Exposure to Apex triggers, LWC concepts, or integration workflows (not required but beneficial). - Experience supporting SaaS, RevOps, or Business Operations environments. - Familiarity with CPQ, subscription billing, or contract management workflows.
