• Manage Salesforce projects to provide on-time, high-quality work to our customers. • Forecast project time, utilization, and revenue accurately and in a timely manner. • Manage and escalate risks, issues, and mitigation actions to assist in removing project work blockers. • Manage project financials, scope, and timelines, and prepare client-facing project status reports. • Facilitate meetings with clients to determine business and functional requirements. • Accomplish project objectives by breaking down projects into tasks, coordinating with the project team to complete tasks on time, and assigning appropriate resources. • Manage and grow direct reports. • Use DCS processes, best practices, and assets to ensure work is delivered with quality and consistency. • Identify new opportunities with existing clients to partner and grow the account. • Identify and understand each key stakeholder’s motivations, expectations, and role in their organization. • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards. • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com
- 6+ years of systems consulting experience
- Experience managing Salesforce projects and teams in a remote environment
- Ability to work within a team environment, backed up by strong communication skills
- Well-organized, results-driven, and eager to handle difficult problems
- Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Willingness to travel for team events as needed.

Role Description The Salesforce Administrator is a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gather requirements and feedback, and design scalable best practice solutions. We seek an individual with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives to quickly identify improvement areas. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management, governance, communication, prioritizing, and providing product support for the Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales organizations. This candidate should be skilled in all aspects of user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.
