Job Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM administration experience
- Strong Salesforce experience (Admin-level knowledge)
- Salesforce Admin Certification (strongly preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Flows (required)
- Experience managing permissions, layouts, validation rules
- Hands-on HubSpot administration experience
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working remote U.S. Eastern hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST)
