Role Description The person selected for this role will play a significant part in ensuring that Aspen Dental continues to provide access to care in facilities that demonstrate best-in-class safety, cleanliness, and functionality. This position will be responsible for the following: - Manage the day-to-day facility management of dental equipment and maintenance issues at multiple locations over a large geographic territory in a team-oriented atmosphere from our main office. - Troubleshoot equipment over the phone with office staff and deliver specific instructions. - Tact and directness in dealing with the facilities vendors is critical to ensure that required actions are completed. - Manage expectations and performance within service level parameters. Verify completion of work and services. - Effectively communicate with internal customers and contract vendors. - Data analysis and storage of work order history and budget tracking using online programming. - Subcontractor appropriation. Ability to search for vendors and sign them up. - Shipping items and tracking for the Facilities Department. - Billing management for Facilities tickets, including contacting vendors to get the correct information for billing and coordination with ADMI billing to coordinate correct GL codes and location codes for items. - Run small projects from start to finish and provide guidance to techs in the field of our scope of work in detail. - Need to be available Monday ~ Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. - On-call rotation to answer emergency calls after hours with OT. Frequency is one week, every other month. Qualifications - Exceptional customer service skills and a sense of urgency. - Skill and experience in both verbal and written communications that meet the needs of different customers and vendors. - Prior exposure to multi-unit facilities management concepts and best practices is helpful. - Ability to demonstrate successful completion of multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment. - Experience and ability to negotiate with vendors, think analytically and critically, and be a real-time problem solver. - Willingness and eagerness to develop new skills and garner more responsibility. - A degree in higher education is preferred. Requirements - Occasional travel and a flexible schedule may be required. - Chicago or Syracuse based candidates are preferred; however, exceptional remote candidates will be considered. • Modifies and/or adapts the K12 curriculum in alignment with the state’s content standards to meet the unique needs of each student • Collaborates with general education teachers to meet the goals of the targeted students through individualized and small group sessions • Educates parents on various instructional strategies • Ensures the implementation of the RTI instructional system to increase student achievement • Oversees data collection and progress monitoring at every tier • Uses data to help teachers plan whole and small group instruction • Provides guidance to teachers on identifying and grouping students who need additional help • Collects and maintains all RTI data (lists of eligible students, intervention plans) • Serves as a daily resource to school administrators, school leadership teams, and other stakeholders regarding RTI issues • Collaborates with homeroom teachers, advisors, counselors, and additional district personnel to coordinate and track Tier 2 interventions • Provides ongoing training and support to school/district staff regarding RTI and the implementation of the RTI and data collection procedures • Supports teachers in documenting student progress • Works with the special education team to facilitate eligibility for special education • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for face-to-face professional development, student testing, and/or as required by the school
• Identify issues and work with customers, attorneys, and lenders in an advisory capacity to resolve issues impacting title insurability prior to closing. • Communicate with clients and third parties to obtain documentation to clear title related issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate, or contradictory information contained in the title commitment, in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations. • Examine all classes of title searches including difficult title orders such as insurance of commercial leaseholds, trust indentures, contracts, operating agreements, and other highly involved property interests. • Act in an advisory capacity; decisions regularly involve resolving unique and complex situations. • Reconcile title problems and accept responsibility for loss claim investigation. • Analyze records, such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, plat and map books, and property surveys to determine ownership and legal restrictions and to verify legal description of property and completeness of records. • Analyze the effect of probate, foreclosures, building court cases, and bankruptcy proceedings on title insurance. • Review and approve a variety of documentation including deeds, operating agreements, trusts, wills, affidavits of heirships, corporate resolutions, partnership agreements, and state filed Articles of Incorporation and Articles of Organization. • Select appropriate write-ups for commitments and policies for both standard and extended coverage. • Form and maintain business partnerships with clientele. • Participate in business development activities to maintain existing clients and acquire new clients and attend customer visits with sales personnel and/or provide formal training/classes. • Use technical bulletins and other resources to evaluate and resolve problems. • May price commitments, endorsements, policies and guarantees using predetermined schedule of fees and charges. • Consult with attorneys to review search packages and on matters that require escalation. • May provide underwriting interpretation within established guidelines.
• Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests, and problems for an affluent client base where the bank is acting as trustee, agent or custodian. • Resolves problems and errors and processes routine customer service requests, ensuring compliance with legal requirements is being met and risk is being monitored within designated authority levels. • Generally the first point of contact for clients being serviced by an administrative team. • Performs Medallion Signature Guarantee and wire callbacks to prevent fraud and assure wire accuracy.
