Role Description We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and scale Geolava's spatial intelligence products. This role sits at the intersection of frontend, backend, and product thinking. You’ll work across the full stack, leading the design and delivery of features end-to-end while helping shape how the product evolves. The focus is not just writing code, but understanding user problems deeply, making strong product and technical tradeoffs, and translating them into thoughtful, well-designed solutions. This role is scoped for an operator with high autonomy, ownership of complex product systems, and will help define engineering standards as Geolava grows. Responsibilities - Design and build scalable fullstack systems for enterprise and government customers. - Work across the stack, from designing APIs and orchestrating LLM agent workflows, to structuring robust data models that ensure a seamless connection to the user interface. - Own end-to-end feature development—from early design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration. - Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand requirements, refine technical scope, and drive successful, reliable feature delivery. - Collaborate closely with researchers and engineering teams to integrate reliability, evaluation, and guardrails into production systems. - Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them to practical, high-quality solutions. In this role, you will partner directly with CTG solution architects and our customers to deeply understand their operational workflows, identify and translate their technical requirements into effective AI-powered conversations, and guide them through setting up integrations and deploying agents. You will serve as the technical backbone of our client relationships. From defining integration requirements to building and launching conversational AI agents that enhance patient care, you will have a pivotal impact on our solutions, customer success, and ultimately, patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Integration Architecture: Define, document, and drive the technical architecture required to connect our solutions with client EHR systems, CRMs, population health tools, and other relevant platforms. - AI Agent Design & Deployment: Design, customize, and deploy modular, scalable AI agents that align with the customer’s unique needs and use cases. - Technical Project Leadership: Lead and manage the technical post-sale implementation process, acting as the primary technical contact and ensuring a seamless deployment. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CTG technical, healthcare solutions and sales teams to develop integration solutions to meet our customer’s needs. - Tooling & Process Automation: Develop reusable tooling, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks to improve implementation scalability and efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or product management. - Minimum of 5 years of experience integrating with enterprise EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.) or payers / digital health companies. - Experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards (such as FHIR, HL7v2, proprietary APIs, etc.). - Experience with ancillary healthcare integrations, including population health systems, CRM, ERP, etc. - Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exemplary product support. - Demonstrated proficiency in translating external stakeholder needs into internal product requirements. - Comfortable reading and debugging Python. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
