• Leading and managing technical projects from initiation through the full project lifecycle • Accountable for delivering medium to large technical projects on time, within defined scope and within budget • Engaging with customers to define project scope and objectives • Development and management of project plans, schedules, budgets • Communicating with customers and project team around project milestones and dependencies • Co-ordinating the project team on day-to-day activities • Ensuring project methodologies, business processes and project documentation are followed and maintained • Effective communication with stakeholders and decision makers on project progress, reporting and escalating to senior management as needed • Support the development teams during implementation to co-ordinate with the customer, to clarify requirements and to help successfully deliver quality applications • The use of Software Development Lifecycle tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA & SharePoint to capture and monitor requirements for the cross functional teams • Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained • Expected to complete work-related training and learning, supported by TEKenable, with the goal of obtaining relevant certifications (e.g.PMP, Prince II methodologies, ScrumMaster, etc) • Understand, comply with and actively promote adherence to ISO27001 and ISO9001 policies and procedures

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex engineering initiatives supporting new product implementation and deployment. • Partner with engineering, operations, product management, and executive leadership to define program objectives, timelines, risks, and deliverables. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution across multiple technical workstreams. • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting. • Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, concise presentations for executive leadership and business stakeholders. • Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively remove obstacles to keep initiatives on track. • Quickly develop an understanding of new hardware platforms, network architectures, and engineering terminology to effectively engage technical teams. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, drive decisions, and ensure accountability across stakeholders. • Monitor program performance using key metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership. • Foster strong relationships across engineering, operations, and business organizations to enable successful product delivery.

• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and machine learning engineers to develop pipelines and ETL tasks in order to facilitate the extraction of insights. • Establish data architecture processes and practices that can be scheduled, automated, replicated and serve as standards for other teams to leverage. • Inform data team strategy by working with the product leaders and managers. • Actively participate in execution and some planning of organizational data team strategy. • Collaborate with Doximity’s Data Leadership team to ensure alignment and success across the entire Data Organization. • Manage individual Data Engineers to foster learning, growth and success at Doximity.
