Legal Services Coordinator

GoHealth Urgent Care

• Manage workflows, coordinate legal processes, and optimize systems and tools to drive efficiency • Provide litigation support and manage third-party requests • Track legal spend and support risk management activities • Leverage technology to streamline operations • Support day-to-day legal operations and facilitate the delivery of legal services across departments • Learn and implement new technologies for improving workflows • Design and manage workflows in legal technologies • Provide training on legal systems, tools, and workflows • Prepare documentation and manage legal service processes • Interact with internal departments and maintain team calendar • Prepare and format form documents in Microsoft Word

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years supporting an executive management team in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • “PACE” or “CAP” Certification
  • Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
  • Microsoft Certification: AI Business Professional
  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Pre-Law Studies
  • Proficiency in applications such as Ironclad, Workday, DocuSign, Visual Lease, Zendesk, BrightFlag
  • Notary Public
  • Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience with legal operations systems
  • Knowledge of legal workflows, SOPs, and document organization practices
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro

Role Description Senior Attorneys in the Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) team conduct trainings (both in-person and online), provide technical support, and write/update written resources. They must be able to analyze and apply immigration law principles to complex questions and fact scenarios.
