• Lead, implement and supervise marketing initiatives within the region • Track and optimize the positioning versus competition on all targets (orthodontists, GPs, treatment coordinators, patients) • Define a bi-annual marketing plan in line with global marketing imperatives and objectives set by the Chief Marketing Officer • Define and execute the DM regional market strategy to gain a foothold in the specific market/region • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to roll out local initiatives, and provide input on behalf of the region for brand and global campaigns • Take responsibility for the regional marketing budget under the supervision and approval of the Chief Marketing Officer and reporting under each streamline (comms/events/ ClinEd...) • Support Sales and Customer Experience teams in the region • Coordinate with the Communication and Graphic Design team to create engaging copy and content for events, campaigns, sales enablement, branding, and social media activities • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to roll out drip campaigns, email marketing, re-marketing, and lead generation activities in the region and assisting in the overall strategy • Organize and manage events such as webinars, scientific congresses, study clubs and masterclasses to generate ROI and drive brand awareness • Take initiative to run local experiments and activities to increase growth and brand awareness • Evaluate opportunities and nurture relationships for partnerships and advertising • Grow a community of advocates through industry leaders, social influencers, and medical and technology community
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years demonstrable working experience in marketing
- Experience in setting up and optimizing 360 integrated marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest legislation, trends, and best practices in comms, marketings etc.
- Time management and strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in Italian (preferred) OR Spanish and English
- B2B Dental or Ortho experience is fantastic
- Experience in a startup or scaleup environment
- High level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology
