We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Implementation Specialist with strong energy efficiency knowledge and experience to support the continued growth of our Resource Innovations software professional services team. As Software Implementation Specialist you will design and implement technical solutions for utilities and energy sectors, focusing on Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and clean energy technologies. Analyze business needs to tailor Resource Innovations' SaaS-based solutions, optimize workflows, and enhance system efficiency. Provide expert consulting on product configuration, implementation, and ongoing support while developing technical documentation, conducting gap analyses, and ensuring seamless software integration. This work enhances operational efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance for utilities, improving Resource Innovations' customer programs delivery. By streamlining system implementation and reducing manual inefficiencies through automation, it drives cost savings, performance improvements, and data-driven decision-making. Duties and Responsibilities - Configure and implement enterprise SaaS solutions supporting EE, transportation electrification, and other clean energy programs. - Partner with clients, Software Implementation Leads, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, support solution design, and deliver successful software implementations. - Configure application features, workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and client-specific functionality using low-code/no-code and enterprise SaaS platforms, SQL, and JavaScript. - Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration documentation, and other implementation deliverables. - Support system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, data migration, user authentication, and reporting requirements. - Assist with system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, production releases, and post-launch support. - Troubleshoot application, configuration, integration, and data issues while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams. - Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system usability, and implementation efficiency. - Build expertise in the Resource Innovations' SaaS platforms and implementation methodologies while providing high-quality client support. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS, low-code/no-code, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platforms. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams. - Interest in sustainability and a passion for delivering technology solutions that create meaningful business impact. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience configuring enterprise SaaS applications using low-code/no-code platforms, SQL, JavaScript, and business process automation. - Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Experience in the utility, clean energy, or regulated industries is preferred but not required. • Guide customers through their implementation journey with Routeware solutions • Focus on Routeware Elements software, working with waste management and street maintenance data • Gather and analyze data, build and validate models • Interact with customers to ensure quality of service and deliver operational routes with documentation • Cross-train with all products to effectively implement entire suite of offerings • Consult with clients on solutions to accommodate business needs • Complete system configurations • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques

• Identify, design, and deploy AI-driven solutions to optimize internal workflows. • Serve as internal AI champion evaluating operations and building tools. • Act as the "director" of development guiding AI generated code. • Rigorously test AI-generated workflows to ensure stability and data accuracy. • Establish feedback loops to continuously improve deployed tools based on user performance.

Role Description As an Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for carrying out classroom led remote training sessions to new and existing Joblogic customers. The role is multifaceted, in that you will be responsible for the customers journey from planning the training through to them going live with the Joblogic software. This will include: - Mapping of their processes and their change management - Liaising with our Technical Team over data imports & set up requests - Assisting them on their actual Go Live day The responsibility doesn’t end there. As the go to team within the company, you will be responsible for the upskilling of new starters and other team members to ensure the Whys and not just the How's are taught throughout the company. The ideal candidate will be motivated, able to run & organise multiple projects, a team player, with a passion for teaching.
