Role Description The Sales Development Representative is the first touchpoint for potential customers, pivotal in shaping their perception of our company. You’ll have the opportunity to: - Further develop sales by uncovering potential customers whose businesses could benefit from Joblogic software. - Create new qualified sales opportunities. - Increase sales efficiency by ensuring quality sales to the business. - Streamline the sales pipeline to ensure business growth. Comprehensive training will be provided on Joblogic software and sales processes to enable you to confidently make outbound calls, chats, and emails to prospective customers to book them for software demonstrations. This position will also require lead generation and daily research about the industry and competitors to ensure effective sales output. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ideal candidate should be upbeat, self-driven, well-organized, and passionate about technology, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years B2B experience in a SaaS-based organization, preferably within the service management industry. - Proficiency in utilizing SDR tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant sales generation platforms. - Ability to learn a comprehensive software platform quickly and keep up to date with it. - Strong relationship-building skills with prospective customers. - Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. - International work/project/campaign experience, especially in the UK and Ireland. - Excellent communication skills in British English, both verbal and written. - Ability to deliver high-quality work and timely follow-ups. - Capacity to prioritize tasks based on business objectives. - Self-management skills with flexibility to work within UK time zone. - Willingness to work in rotational shift patterns as per business needs. Role Description As an Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for carrying out classroom led remote training sessions to new and existing Joblogic customers. The role is multifaceted, in that you will be responsible for the customers journey from planning the training through to them going live with the Joblogic software. This will include: - Mapping of their processes and their change management - Liaising with our Technical Team over data imports & set up requests - Assisting them on their actual Go Live day The responsibility doesn’t end there. As the go to team within the company, you will be responsible for the upskilling of new starters and other team members to ensure the Whys and not just the How's are taught throughout the company. The ideal candidate will be motivated, able to run & organise multiple projects, a team player, with a passion for teaching. What your main focus will be: - Learning & Improving industry knowledge - Shadowing Senior trainers & consultants on training sessions to learn questioning techniques about the industry processes - Learning the Joblogic suite of software & why our customers use it - Assisting Trainers, Consultants & Seniors in pre and post training/consultancy tasks - Liaising with the Technical & Onboarding teams on customer tasks and requests from training & consultancy sessions - Keeping Seniors & Team Lead up to date on any requirements, for customers, before training or go live - Carrying out small remote sessions where required - Reporting to Senior & Team Lead - Carrying out training to all industries & trades via remote methods, in-house & onsite learning - Liaise with the squad on the customers journey & milestones for Go Live and assist in ensuring all targets are met - Ensure knowledge is kept up to date by learning all new feature releases and changes, to pass onto customers - Assist Seniors, team lead & team manager in any Learning Improvement tasks required - Assist with internal training of all staff in all departments - Continually maintain high training standards and administrative methods - Keep up to date with industry terminology and practices - Lead the training journey on the customers journey, being an example of Joblogic and professionalism at all times Qualifications - Solid previous experience in providing training to clients/users on software systems - Experience in mapping company processes to recommend a training programme for users - Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking to clients, users and stakeholders about software - Ability to confidently present and provide training and consultancy sessions to customers, promoting the features and benefits of the software via all methods - Some commercial awareness and/or exposure to some of the following industries – HVAC and FM would be beneficial - Excellent presentation & writing skills using the Microsoft Office & Google applications suites - Good customer service skills Requirements - HVAC/CAFM or FM Background or experience working with - Experience in the Service Management workspace - Trainer the Trainer qualification - E Learning Experience Benefits - Professional Working environment - Market Competitive Salary - Life Insurance & Medical Insurance (Including Family) - OPD - Provident Fund - Gym Facility - Maximum 45 Weekly Hours (Monday-Friday) - Remote Working (During Pandemic Situation) - Company trip - 29 Annual Leaves - 8 Sick & uncapped Compassionate Leaves (As per Company Policy) - Have a chance to work onsite with the UK team

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining coded forms within our SaaS-based platform. This role involves working on both front-end and back-end components, database interaction, and API integrations.
