Role Description We are looking for an experienced Global HRIS Senior Solution Specialist to join our HR Technology team. Reporting to the Global HRIS Leader, you'll serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Time & Labor, helping design, implement, and optimize scalable global solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex business policies into system functionality and driving successful HR technology adoption. - Lead the global design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Time & Labor modules. - Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Configure: - Absence plans - Eligibility profiles - Accrual rules - Carryover and expiration logic - Time entry profiles - Time calculation rules - Processing profiles - Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex absence and timekeeping requirements. - Perform system testing, support UAT activities, and assist with Oracle quarterly releases. - Deliver training and support to end users and business partners. - Collaborate with integration teams to build and maintain related Oracle HCM integrations. - Drive user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives for Absence and Time solutions globally. Qualifications - 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience focused on Absence Management and Time & Labor. - Multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects. - Strong experience designing and configuring absence and time policies within a global organization. - Hands-on experience with: - Fast Formulas - Eligibility Profiles - HDL/HSDL - HCM Extracts - Experience developing reports using BI Publisher and OTBI. - Understanding of leave and timekeeping compliance requirements, including labor law considerations. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Role Description The Claims team at Coalition stands apart for our outstanding level of client service and intelligent handling of claims for our insured customers.
