Role Description We are partnering with an innovative technology company focused on building high-performance digital experiences that combine modern design, advanced web technologies, and data-driven optimization. We are looking for a Senior Webflow Developer with expertise in Webflow, interactive web experiences, and technical SEO. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end development of modern marketing and product websites, transforming Figma designs into responsive, high-converting experiences while optimizing performance, analytics, and user engagement. CONTRACT: Contractor COMMITMENT: Hourly/Part-time LOCATION: Remote PROCESS: Application Form -> AI Interview -> Selection HOURLY RATE: $35 - $50/h Responsibilities - Develop pixel-perfect Webflow websites from Figma designs - Build and maintain CMS collections, reusable components, forms, and custom embeds - Create engaging web animations using Webflow Interactions, GSAP, Three.js, Lottie, Rive, or Spline - Implement analytics and event tracking using GA4, GTM, PostHog, or similar tools - Optimize websites for technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance - Execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing and funnel improvements - Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms - Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences Qualifications - 5+ years of professional web development experience - Strong hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS, responsive layouts, and advanced components - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience converting Figma designs into production-ready Webflow websites - Strong understanding of technical SEO, web performance, and Core Web Vitals - Experience implementing analytics and conversion tracking - Experience creating advanced web animations using GSAP, Three.js, Webflow Interactions, or similar technologies
