Role Description The Fleet Condition Administrator provides administrative support for high-volume vehicle return processing by managing condition reports, documentation, and dispute tracking. This role helps ensure returned and rejected vehicles are processed accurately and on time. - Process high-volume vehicle condition reports, return documentation, damage assessments, and related records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. - Support dispute resolution by reviewing documentation, gathering supporting evidence, tracking open cases, and coordinating with adjusters, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet service-level timelines. - Maintain accurate records across multiple systems, identify and escalate discrepancies, and perform data entry, reporting, reconciliation, and quality control activities to support efficient claims and vehicle return processing. - Provide responsive administrative support to internal and external partners, assist with process improvement initiatives, and contribute to special projects and other departmental assignments as needed. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred. - Detail oriented; must be very accurate and able to pay attention to detail. - Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations. - Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
